Delivery service isn't reliable

Order should be delivered 12/05 according to the website during ordering, paid 2x time more for the part compare to another suppliera because of this fast delivery, however today is 15/05 and the order hasn't delivered yet. Schedule for delivery tomorrow during the day. Update: the part was delivered 198/05, this is 6 days late

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that your order got delayed during transport with UPS. Our apologies for this.

While most of our order arrive on the expected delivery date, sometimes a parcel can experience a delay during transport. Unfortunately these delays can not be predicted beforehand. The delivery company will keep you up to date about your parcel in the track and trace that you receive the moment the order is dispatched.

We understand that delays like these are frustrating and if it were up to us we would like every order to arrive in time. But unfortunately, there can be a lot of factors that can affect the delivery time. Therefore these delays are a always a risk when ordering online.

Mis-selling

When I ordered the item the delivery date was said to be 30th April. UPS may deliver it by 5th May. No way would I have bought it from you had I realised you mislead your customers. Also your Website win parts.ie gives the impression you are located in Ireland. I will make that clear to people on social media that you are located in the Netherlands.

We strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, however, these dates are an indication and not a guaranteed arrival date. Once a package leaves our warehouse, we are fully dependent on external suppliers and transport partners like UPS. Factors in the global logistics chain can sometimes cause unforeseen delays beyond our control.

Regarding our location, Winparts operates across Europe with various local domains (like .ie) to make our catalog accessible to local markets. We do not intend to hide our roots. I see that UPS tried to deliver your order but that there was no one there to receive it. You can create a new delivery appointment via the Track & Trace that we sent you.

1) Good and friendly e-mail assistance before purchase, to ensure that the correct part was ordered.
2) part was delivered in a reasonable time.
3). The fitting mechanic made no adverse comments about the part, regarding the quality or the fit of the part.

Great customer service

Ordered the wrong part, with the wrong email. Silly me! Was still able to get a refund within 5 minutes of talking to the support. Jens was very helpful and efficient in resolving my issue. Great service.
