Extremely happy with the service and support I get with Windsor, Leo is always there to assist. A special mention to Laura for her superb voice recordings she did at a moments notice - 5 stars!

Also have been very helpful and done all they can to support us through the COVID-19 period also, whilst reducing costs where they can. Contractually they didnt have to do that, got a lot of respect for them.

Our manager Danielle is just lovely to talk to. Nothing is a problem for her and she offers great solutions, information and time to listen and explain. Unlike many other companies, when Windsor say they'll ring you or email you, they do.

I have worked with Windsor Telecom for the past 8 years and have always been very happy with the service provided. Unfortunately, like many businesses at the moment, I am having to close my business. Windsor Telecom have been amazingly supportive at this time and have allowed me to cancel my contract with immediate effect and I don't have to pay for the next 3 months, as per contract. This is heart warming at such a difficult time. Fingers crossed things will pick up and when they do, I'll be straight back on to Windsor Telecom. Thank you.

Very helpful, nothing was a problem, First class service

We had many problems with the service itself and although they are friendly bunch, it really feels like they are running on 90's technology, i.e. you need to have flash installed to see some of the charts and listen to recordings online. Their app is terrible. What really did it for me though is that they really messed me about when it came to trying to cancel the contracts. My first number I just never used it and it was obvious but they insist that I fulfill the contract, which I did. I didn't have to send any emails and the contracted ended when it ended. The second line we thought I had cancelled (in the same way as the first one) after having a courtesy call from their rep who was offering an extension. (They're usually very helpful, but very sales Salesy). Thinking it had all been cancelled months ago. I cancelled the DD, and not long after I get an email saying that the DD needed to be in place, replied to say I thought I had cancelled and then they informed me that this needed to be done via email but I shouldn't cancel as my line was still in use! when I finally was able to check through their archaic interface I could see there were just a few missed calls and that was it... felt like just another delaying tactic, as it they'd spent any time reviewing our account it would of been obvious. Then I get more emails threatening to bill me annually if I don't set the DD back up. I reply to say I thought I had cancelled, and I get the same threatening response. In the meantime they have charged me for another month! Torturous!

Leo (Account Manager) and Matt (technical developer) certainly went the extra mile to make sure we could use the phone system in a way it was probably not initially designed for!

THANK YOU all the Team at Windsor Telecom. Our villages have set up an Emergency COVID Group and in a matter of minutes you sorted out what we need to make our telephone service work for us (as volunteers running this) and simple for our Elderly and Vulnerable to use. We are incredibly grateful for your supportive response and willingness to make it possible. Both the Team Members I spoke to were both totally professional and switched on to the circumstances. Highly recommended!

I would definitely recommend Windsor Telecom. They always deal with my queries straightaway. I urgently needed a new fax number and they had it connected for me in less than 1 hour! That's amazing service!
