Our account manager is Kat and she has been super helpful is setting up our phone systems for the office. Very easy to get hold of also which helps. We have worked with a few phone providers and this is by far the best.

Extremely easy from initial enquiry to set up of telecom system. Staff were very helpful and polite would definitely recommend Windsor Telecom.

We have used Windsor since 2014 having moved system from another provider and have multiple numbers across our businesses.
Their system is excellent giving us all we need at a touch of a button. If we don't know how to do something then all you need to do is ask. I thank Dana and the team for all their help when it is needed.

Our phone systems today when down due to an external provider whilst the service from Windsor remained constant. With one call to Kat, she managed to divert our calls through to mobile phones which has allowed us to stay online and avoid what would have been, around 90 minutes downtime without customers able to contact us.

Kat has been on hand throughout lockdown to assist us and today is another example of Windsor, but especially Kat, going above and beyond for her customers.

Absolutely fantastic service and product at a very good rate.

We are quite a tech savvy company ourselves and as their web portal is incredible modern and user friendly, had no issues doing everything we wanted but called and just had them check everything which they were more than happy to do as well as explaining some handy features that we may like to use/use in the future.

Even something as simple (and unexpected) as offering to record the in and our of hours greetings professionally for us if we sent them a script of the wording. Not exactly game changing but a really nice feature to be thrown in for free and something I would never have considered asking to be included in a service, until now!

My previous company used BT Cloud Voice and whils their portal is okay (not very intuitive unless you're quite tech savvy already) the support is not great, the system takes SOOO many clicks to achieve even something as simple as changing the opening hours, and there are no nice, little extras.

BT also charge an arm and a leg and these guys completely blow them out of the water in every regard.

A special shout out to Leo for being an absolute Legend throughout.

As a side note, I was tasked with finding a company to provide our 0800 number for us and did some research on around 20 companies before calling 4 or 5 for quotes and to get a feel for the service etc and the Windsor team were amongst the least pushy and definitely the most friendly.

Could not be more impressed.

If I could give 100 stars I would as today I received perhaps the best and most understanding bit of customer service I've ever received from a delightful lady called Jo Appleton. I asked her if we could change our telecoms package as we realised that our situation had changed as a consequence of Covid 19 (we are a tour operator). Jo was totally understanding of our situation and helped us at a time when we really need help. This gesture will not be forgotten and not will jo's amazing customer service. Give her a pay rise Windsor Telecom - she is a great asset to your company.

Shortly before the Covid lockdown, Windsor emailed us to advise of a particularly relevant service we could add to our existing package. Turned out to be an absolute life-saver! In a couple of hours, we all were able to head for the safety of working from home and pick up calls from our 8 lines, distributed to our various mobiles for everyone to help keep our clients' software perfectly supported. Friendly, super-efficient help, just when we needed it most. A brilliant example of how Windsor works in partnership with its customers.
