My business has been a customer of Windsor Telecom for some years. During the Coronavirus outbreak Windsor Telecom have been proactive, contacting me to see how they can assist my business at this difficult time. They had already put certain processes in operation to help businesses and frankly they have been a breath of fresh air. Thank you Windsor Telecom, long may our business relationship continue!

With all the uncertainty at the current time it was so great to speak to Leo Chalcraft at Windsor Telecom who organised adding a divert system to our current telephone package. This was organised within 24 hours and has been fantastic as it has enabled staff to work from home whilst still keeping in touch with our clients.

Fantastic recent experience with Laura. Shame that Windsor have become more salesy over recent years, but but maybe they're trying to change that now and get back to the great levels of service we had 5 years ago.

Our contact at Windsor Telecom is very friendly and efficient. We hardly have had any issues that they could not resolve within short amount of time. They were also very good at keeping us informed on what was going on or what action we should take.

I’ve reluctantly given this business a 1 star rating, reluctantly because I don’t have the option of no stars. I’ve been with this company for around 24 months, when I initially signed up with them i was under the impression that it was a 12 month contract! I became dissatisfied with their service a few months ago, as I had consistently made my monthly payment to them, but unfortunately due to a bad month, I missed a months payment, they were instantly on my case, so I thought if that’s how much they value my custom then, I’ll be better off, not using them. I received an email today, saying that I owed them money that invoice then had another £130 added to it in the space of a few hours! When I contacted them about this they said that I was in a ROLLING contract, and that it states it’s a rolling contract in their t&c’s this wasn’t brought to my attention when I signed up and I most certainly would not have signed up to them if I had known about it! It’s a very underhanded way of doing business in my opinion and I most certainly would not recommend them! If you are looking to do business with them, I would make sure that you read their t&c’s very carefully before you sign up, I wish I had!

Great service so far thank you - prompt, thorough and detailed information provided, enabling us to decide upon the best PA package for our business. There is flexibility to adapt the service provided by Windsor PA, as out business develops.

What an excellent service from Windsor Telecom and account manager Lucy yet again. New service specified, set up and running within just a matter of a few hours. Good prices, easy to understand system, helpful and professional staff, who would want to use anyone else.
