Windsor Telecom helps us with our daily business phone routing and out of hours phone routings which are pivotal to our business.

They are easy to contact if there are any issues, including out of hours, and issues are rectified quickly. Our accounts manager Dana is extremely professional, and is always very efficient in dealing with any and all queries we have, regardless of how complex they are!

We switched to Windsor Telecom in April to run our helpline service and they have been excellent. Their service is helpful, friendly and prompt. I would highly recommend them.

Jack Collins at Windsor Telecom is my Account Manager and quickly and efficiently helped me divert my Team's phones to enable us to work from home as the 2nd Covid lockdown began. Nothing was too much trouble and I needed this doing quickly. It was a juggle as voicemail and various lines needed moving as well as myself being taught how to manage this remotely. It was important our customer's had full access to my team without any disruption to them or the service we provide. Having held numbers through Windsor for a number of years, I recently made contact again to make changes to our account, fully expecting a long drawn out process. I was connected to Finty Jackson who not only processed my requests within minutes (despite me needing to update company ownership, contact details, make changes and order new services), but also impressed me with her professionalism, ability to humour my need to explore 200 different options and followed up our discussion promptly, without being pushy to get the new services online. Had to chase to get the account and number "live"

I've just had to cancel our service with Windsor as we weren't using the number as much as I'd hoped and like many business right now we're cutting costs as much as possible.

I was half expecting an issue as I'd seen others talking about automatic 12 month renewals etc. No such problem, I sent an email and got a reply confirming cancellation including the date.

The service itself was always good. Everything just did what it was supposed to.

I'd use them again in future. Particular mention to Leo who was always friendly, polite and quick to deal with anything.

Lucy was very helpful and informative. She was patient and very understanding. She talked me through the whole process and answered any questions I had. The experience was client friendly and the sales approach is not aggressive. Very pleased and would definitely recommend the services of Windsor Telecom.
