Windsor Telecom Arvostelua 

I am the MD of a small - but complicated - charity with 5 branches and a 'head office'. We tackle isolation and loneliness by forging inter-generational friendships, never more needed than in the last year and a half. As we moved online, we depended on our phone systems getting calls through to the right people. Windsor Telecom, and particularly Lucy Messer, were indefatigable and endlessly helpful.

Needed an 0800 number on the Friday to be active and live on the Monday. I was referred to Windsor telecom and on.Monday morning my number was live and working. That is what i call 5 star service

This is really easy to use and the majority of the time we don't need any further support but when everyone is very helpful and approachable and find the solution really quickly

Allowed flexible terms on changing to a new business entity because of long standing loyal custom. Response times and service are good.

We have been using Windsor for over 5-years and I must confess (to our shame) we have never previously truly engaged with the services available.

Having spent 30 minutes on the phone with our Account Manager (Beki) in 2018 I have to say how incredible their support and services are; the management information has literally blown me away! Absolutely INCREDIBLE resource which I cannot wait to fully engage with to add value to our business.

Used windsor telecom for a number of years and our company plans to continue doing so. There are helpful staff offering advice to business with older telephone systems and what products windsor offers to patch holes in things you want to change.

We have used Windsor Telecoms for our OOO phone system at our office for the last 2 years and have just changed over our complete phone system to Windsor. Finty is our account manager and has been amazing! She's extremely knowledgeable, always willing to help and offers great advice and solutions. Windsor always get back to you to help solve your problems, and all other team members have been extremely competent and helpful too, such as Laura who helped transition us from our previous supplier. Windsor's prices are very competitive offering very good value for money and I would highly recommend them.

Have used Windsor Telecom for many years. A friendly and very efficient team. They keep onboard with their clients needs and give advice accordingly. Setting up our existing telephone system for home working was effortless and quick. Advise given regarding are new telephone plan was also welcomed.

BEWARE Long contract tie -in no flex.
We started a new business after completing a training course, in which we this company was recommended and mentioned as a referral and that a discount would offered if mentioning the training provider when signing up.
So we got in touch and Kat explained what they did and had to offer, I explained that I already used another Cloud number provider (eReceptionist) with my other company, it transpired that Windsor Telecom have different and unique feature (Whisper) which announces the call giving you the option to answer the call or decline and sending caller to voicemail.

At no time during initial conversations was a 24month contract discussed, if this was made clear, I can categorically say we would not have signed up for the service as our other provider has no such tie in, so why would we agree to lock in ourselves in to a costly overhead at such an early stage of setting up a new business not knowing what whether the venture would even be successful.

As it is we have relocated to Northern Ireland for personal reasons, and as such have to close the business, and now trying to cancel service have been told that my contract runs until July 21, meaning we have to pay £126 for a phone number that we will not be using. On explaining this the response we received was the standard its on the contract you signed.

I have no doubt this review will get the standard response others on here have received of ;

"I have taken the time to review your account and listen to associated calls between you and us. I am now satisfied that our contract terms are clearly explained and listed on our contracts."

If that is the case then we will be requesting the transcripts of those calls and will be emailing the training course providers that they should not be referring or mention this company to their students especially when they are just starting business when there are so many alternative providers out there that provide cloud numbers without this ridiculous contract and that you cancel anytime, like eReceptionist who we have been using for over 6yrs with no issues.

I used Windsor Telecom for the 0845 number for my first business over 20 years ago, so when I needed an 03 number for a new business service I called Windsor again. They didn't disappoint. Great service, excellent value and fast connection.

Finty was very helpful getting me set up and reassuring to know she will continue to be on hand as my account manager.

I have used Windsor for around 10 years - I can't rate highly enough. I've just purchased a second 0800 number, for an associated business.

I think the price for the service is very reasonable, a few quid a week. I also rate the service 100% - prompt pickup of phone and the staff I've dealt with (currently Finty👍)couldn't be more helpful
