I strongly advise people to not use this company.
The team are unhelpful, tie you into services despite receiving a poor service. We tried to cancel, agreed to buy out the remaining contract so we could switch to a better provider the cancellation charges then doubled what they were expected due to 'additional users' which were added despite not being on previous months billing. It was better off for us to stick to the original agreement and wait until the contract end period as this was only a few months away. We were then advised this option was not possible as they had already cancelled the contract therefore we HAD to sign another 12 month contract with the company.

They are hell bent on tying in unhappy customers, providing a poor service and squeezing every penny they can.

So much better than BT! Friendly helpful people both on sales and service. Don't think I've ever needed to speak to accounts very much unlike BT.

We had Windsor for years for our business and everything was fine, but when we decided to leave things gone wrong. After giving our notice about cancellation we received another monthly invoice. It turned out our contract was cancel partially and one more product remaining, Well, didn't want to have any raw, so paid the outstanding and to our surprise next month got another billing invoice. Apparently there was another product remaining. Never mind we mentioned in every letter we don't have any services with Windsor, we moved completely. Thankfully customer service was responsive and understanding. It took some time but all was resolved at the end.

I dealt with several different members of the Windsor Telecom team while setting up a new telephone system. They could not have been more helpful or accommodating.

Just started using the call answering service. Prompt messages. Too early to say if the service will be consistent. Very good company though to get business numbers from.

We signed up with Windsor on the back of a recommendation from one of our sister companies. They have been extremely helpful and made changing phone systems simple and easy. We always have someone on hand for questions and to provide training and the system provides us with all the solutions that we have been looking for. Huge thank you to everyone there, especially Kat! You've been amazing!

I am extremely disappointed with their service. It takes ages for anything to be set up... never receive any response on time ... we were supposed to have wired internet connected in November and we have now January and still no internet + now they are adding up £2,334 + VAT. for something that has never been mentioned before. 
I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was sourcing a new IT company for a client of mine to help them with a data migration project and an ongoing maintenance plan after they had been having trouble with their existing provider. I sourced multiple quotes, but after speaking with Harminder from Windsor Telecom, we decided to move forward with them.

Harminder took the time and went above and beyond during the tender phase (when it wasn't even certain that they would get the work) to properly understand our issues with the current provider and to establish what we required as a business. He involved other experts in his team to ensure the proposal covered all bases.

My client was very impressed and happy that he clearly wasn't trying to oversell us on services that weren't necessary. Harminder subsequently came in under budget and offered a level of flexibility on our service that none of the others offered.

Both my client and I are very happy with our choice and I certainly will be recommending Windsor Telecom to my other clients should the need arise.

I called this morning with an issue logging into our account - I had not tried to access this in a couple of years and we had not updated to the new system. I had to divert all our numbers to a new line and was not looking forward to this take. I called at 10am to address the login issue and spoke with a lady I think was called Laura ( sorry if I got the name wrong ) . She could not have been more cheerful and helpful. As well as sorting our login issue within about 60 seconds she also sorted all our call diverts out within about the same time and saved me a lot of effort. Brilliant customer service !!
