Customer for 10 years for a phone number that is used very little, it started off reasonably priced and affordable and then inflation-busing increases resulted in it being 400% the original price. Typical squeeze on loyal customers but leaving them is so expensive, there is little choice.

Customer service is shocking. I phoned up to talk to them about their pricing, porting etc and no answer and finally got a call back 2 or 3 weeks later after several emails.

By then the decision was already made, so I started porting my number to another company that is offering something cheaper than my original price with Windsor and for leaving, they are charging me for 5 months after I notified them and a further porting fee.

Shop around, you can do better.

Do not use !!! Their customer service is Shocking

Terrible customer experience from day one, continues to get worse with what we thought was a fairly simple request for a small business

We have been with Windsor Telecom for quite a few years.
We have found the service reliable and they are always available to meet any request we have.

I was extremely impressed when dealing with Paul Jordan today when requiring a fix for my VoIP system which was not working. Instead of a quick attempt to fix and failing that he did not leave me in the dark and instead stayed on the line, tested a variety of options and the customer service/knowledge was second to none.

The phone is now sorted and I am very happy with the service provided 10/10!

Windsor have been a really impressive partner. Their comms are clear and the project management really personable. If issues occur, they are resolved really quickly and effectively. I get the impression that nothing is too much of an ask, which is always a relief from a customers perspective.

The true measure is how a company supports you when something goes wrong.

I have found Windsor the best for service; when I need them, not just when they want to communicate with me.
I can pick up the phone to my account manager when I need them and they hear me.

I have used Windsor telecom for 12 years now and have found their service to be perfect! They’re very responsive to any queries and it’s so useful to be able to move the phone number between different devices depending on who’s on holiday and so on, the whisper is very useful to let you know who’s calling on a mobile, they’re so friendly on the phone and very well priced, hope to have our number for another 12 years at least!

Help with the install of the phone systems, few teething problems over the first few weeks ensuring that all lines correctly set up etc but nothing not to be expected with complicated phone systems. Everyone in the team very helpful and nice to speak to. Spent a lot of time in the office helping to get everyone set up.

Excellent phone system. Easy and quick to use with just a headset. Warren and Constantin were on hand to answer any questions when we went live. Love the fact I can do everything from my screen, no phone on the desk anymore. Very clear reception for me, so a winner all round.

All the team at Windsor Telecom have made transitioning to their Xelion phone system as painless as possible. Ed, Warren and Constantin were with us all the way and nothing was too much trouble.

Upon using another provider I was switched onto Windsor where I have had nothing short of a 5 start service and treatment, the colleagues within Windsor are always on hand to provide support and care any time of day, the systems which they run and promote are also leagues above any other systems and services in terms of what this sector can offer, I would implore any business within ecommerce or online or with any telephony needs to give Windsor a try, you will not be disappointed !
