Massive shout out to the courier, Nick. There had been some confusion with our address as we were moving during the delivery period. We had to amend the delivery address. My partner and I both spoke to Nick and he was very friendly, calm and collected, he re-jigged his route and ensured a seamless delivery. Thanks very much, Nick!

The item arrived completely broken
The item arrived completely broken. Rather than processing a full refund for a damaged delivery, customer service informed me that I am required to return the item first. This process requires me to wait at home for an inconvenient courier collection slot, causing significant unnecessary delay and frustration.
Furthermore, I was advised that a "packaging fee" would be assessed if the returned item is deemed not to be faulty upon inspection—which is deeply concerning given that the product was delivered damaged.
The level of service provided was wholly unacceptable and lacked basic customer care. I will not be placing any future orders with your company.

Hello Bobby,
Thank you for your feedback.
We would like to express our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience and frustration caused by receiving a damaged item. We take great care to ensure our products meet high standards, and I’m sorry that this wasn’t your experience.
We are also very sorry to hear that you felt the service provided did not help to improve the frustration caused. Whilst typically, we do ask for all damaged items to be returned, I can understand that, given the condition your item was received in, this felt unnecessary.
I can see from our email correspondence my colleague did refund you in full for the damaged item received and you were happy with the solution provided.
Should you wish to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to contact us as we would be happy to assist.
Kind regards,
Sky

Really happy with my order from William Wood. I purchased the Francesca gold mirror and two ceramic vases, and everything is absolutely beautiful. The quality is excellent and the pieces look even better in person. Delivery was smooth and the service was great throughout. I also received one of the vases as a free gift, which was a lovely touch. Highly recommend!
