The customer service team were exceptional
The mirror I ordered turned up on time and was well packaged. I thought the colour was different to the one shown on the website so returned it. The customer services team were amazing, they replied quickly and made the return hassle free. I would certainly use them again.

Repeat customer
Bought from William Wood multiple times for the quality of the mirrors and the excellent delivery service. Why four stars on this occasion then, the mirror came with a minor defect (but was noticeable enough to be annoying) and initially customer services denied they could see the issue asking for more photos when it was apparent from the original photos there was an issue. First time I’ve encountered an issue with one of the mirrors and whilst it was resolved satisfactorily on second email, I did feel like customer services could have been better on first contact. Generally though pleased with the mirror and would buy from this company again.

Very disappointing
The two end tables supplied have various defects in the marble. There are lots of voids, cracks and are very poorly finished. Considering the cost and the time we waited, I will not be buying any further marble products. Very disappointed.
