Wickes - Stevenage Arvostelua

Tony at Stevenage was very helpful, patient and professional.
Thank you Tony.

Visited the Stevenage store on Saturday to grab a few things Im a bit of a novice at DIY but a lovely colleague named Kiera was super helpful and so friendly, very knowledgeable young lady and made the experience so much less stressful. Thank you kiera.

Had a list of items and was taken round the Stevenage store by a female member of staff who showed me exactly where everything was and took me to checkout. Great customer service ELOISE 👏😀

Debbie at thevtill in your stevenage branch was fantastic. She corrected a miss pick from the warehouse which allowed me my trade pro discount. Well done and thank you

Debbie was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Good service.

Amazing customer service from Debbie today. So efficient helping me order my home delivery. Thanks for help Debbie !

I'm not the sort of person to purchase impulsively, I pride myself on asking a vast array of questions, followed by copious amounts of note taking and weeks of deliberation.. and that's just for my food shop! So how shocked was I to find myself ordering a full bathroom which had been designed for me by Helen with full installation and a project managed service within hours of seeing the finished design.
I was so impressed, my A4 notepad full of questions not even needed as all information was covered prior to me asking. Helen gave me complete confidence and I can't recommend my designer Helen Lloyd and Wickes installation service enough for all the hard work and time they have put in to give me the bathroom I dreamt of.

Debs was amazing help to find the stuff we needed

Outstanding Service from Tatiana – A True Professional

I recently had the pleasure of working with Tatiana, the design consultant at Wickes Stevenage, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From the outset, Tatiana demonstrated exceptional professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to understanding my requirements.

She took the time to listen carefully to my needs, offered insightful suggestions, and created a design that was not only visually impressive but also practical and perfectly aligned with my vision. Most importantly, she worked efficiently within my budget without compromising on quality or style – something I truly appreciated.

Tatiana’s knowledge, patience, and approachable manner made the entire process seamless and stress-free. She is undoubtedly a valuable asset to the Wickes team and a true ambassador for excellent customer service.

I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a thoughtful and expert design experience. Thank you, Tatiana, for your outstanding support!

Helen Lloyd bathroom designer at the Stevenage store did a terrific job with our bathroom order. She looked ahead and future proofed the design to meet the needs of an elderly relative. Great value for money and quality products.

Tracey & Chantelle were a great help when I came in today. Walked me directly to the products I needed and I was in and out very quickly due to their excellent customer service. Keep up the good work

I’ve visited Wickes, Stevenage quite a few times to get things for the projects I’m working on, and the staff are always very helpful, patient and understanding. They are also very encouraging, and offer advice on which are the best products to buy for each stage of my project. A great service from all the staff at Wickes.

The service that Chris provided was GREAT!!! As I am not the most knowledgable when it comes to DIY and gardening Chris took time to explain and help me with purchasing the correct products.

Thank you Chris

I went to the Letchworth branch today and I was a bit lost on what Tiles to choose and what to do and I was wondering around and a gentleman that worked there called Tony big shout out to Tony he asked me what style tile I was looking for and he ran with it. He was absolutely amazing so helpful so kind and considerate He used one of the display ends to lineup the Tiles to sit next to each other so that I could see how it would all work together. I must admit he was so helpful and I’m very grateful so thank you Tony amazing Customer Service.

We had a very good after care experience with Helen Lloyd. After appx. 8 month, she managed to arrange the same discount for additional base unit for us.
We definitely recommend Wickes design service in Stevenage with Helen Lloyd. Very experienced and professional advice from our experience.

I couldn't ask for a more patient, more helpful and friendly Person, DEB. I am disabled and wanted topsoil which was in the back was at the back of the store. DEB moved split bags out of the way and lifted all to my need. Then to the till to pay, where she was knowledgeable and friendly, in spite of my mischievous sense of humour. Then once paid for DEB and a colleague pushed the heavy trolley to my car and loaded it up, taking precautions to prevent spillage and split bags..

I drove away very happy
