Wickes - Stevenage Arvostelua 

A couple of months ago I had a fantastic experience renovating my bathroom. Joe Mcgregor helped me design the changes, talked me through the process and organise the installation. He was helpful when I had components left to reufnd at the end as well. Additional shoutout to Betu, the installer, who was able to install things ahead of schedule.

I went into Wickes Stevenage to have a look around for ideas for my new bathroom and toilet,
Design team,
Joe McGregor sit down and helped me put together a design that would work in my small bathroom,
Joe explained all aspects of my bathroom. a few weeks later i changed my mind about the design, this was not a problem for Joe who once again designed my new bathroom in which i am very please with.
Contractors,
I was very happy with the contractors that Wickes put to do my work. The were SEB Building LTD, I must say they explained every aspect of the work, they were always on time and at the end of every day would leave my house clean and tidy as they found it , i will use SEB Building LTD again for other projects.

Spoke with Deb about paint and door hinges, extremely knowledgeable and helpful, friendly disposition and a credit to Wickes!

I popped in to my local branch Stevenage where I met Helen, one of the designers. She’s incredibly knowledgable and was happy to answer all of my queries and overcome any objections. Visit Helen at Stevenage for all your kitchen and bathroom needs. She’s a breath of fresh air!

The Kitchen Design team are a really great, informative bunch, really epitomised by Helen Lloyd.

Firstly, the process of home consultation followed with an in-store walkthrough was great. But, the whole process relies on the professionalism of the consultant. Helen was extremely friendly with our Child / dog, whilst acting as an non-objective sounding board, and in some cases, opened our eyes to possibilities we didn't foresee.

Unfortunately, due to other circumstances, we weren't able to continue with our kitchen order. But make no mistake - trust Helen & team with your kitchen, and you'll be chuffed with the results.

Deb carried bags of stones and top soil to my car as I am disabled. She was super helpful and extremely polite. World class service.

The young man, Richard, ftom the Stevenage branch of Wicks. I am 79 years old and I ordered 2 big bags of gravel. Richard backed the huge lorry onto my drive so the bags could be placed where i wanted them. He was charming, polite and funny. I commend him wholeheatedly.

The Design consultant Tatiana Yalele was excellent. Very good design and excellent customer support.

Tony in the store at Stevenage has helped me to choose the products and also answered all my queries.
He was brilliant in the work and my vist in the store was successful.
Tony served me very well, his dealing with me was outstanding, customer dealing was brilliant.

Tatiana was an absolutely amazing designer, helped us choose to the finest detail and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely lady who knows her stuff! Thoroughly recommend Wickes, great communication, excellent and professional fitters who worked hard and gave us our dream bathroom.

We recently visited the Stevenage branch with a small group of SEN school DT Carpentry students to source materials to make a sweet trolley for our prom and we're greeted by both managers and a wonderful colleague who were so helpful, kind and welcoming to us all! We had such a wonderful experience at the store. We even got photos to showcase our trip out for our school newsletter! We would like to thank Paula, Deb and the others for their kindness and hospitality!! We'll be sending them photos of the finished product once we have built it!

I had a really positive experience thanks to Deb. She was incredibly helpful in finding the items I needed and made the whole process easy and stress-free. She was friendly and genuinely seemed to care about helping me. It’s not often you come across such great customer service, and Deb really stood out.

Deb at the Stevenage store is a legend! She was so kind , I had a 2 and 4 year old with me and needed to collect some play sand there was no way I was going to be able to push a pram and carry 3 bags of sand. She offered straight away to help, took a trolly and helped me to the car. Thank you so much. More debs in all your stores !

I went into the shop to get some advice about some new flooring for my house, I found Lewis very helpful. He helped me work out how many packs I needed and what underlay to go with it and then ordered it all for me. 5 stars!

Visited Wickes in Stevenage today. I was after an extension pole for a roller, which was also purchased in Wickes some time ago.
Went to the desk to ask where poles would be, "Down the paint brush isle mate" came the reply.
I stood there, and he repeated his answer. I then asked, "where is the paint brush isle please", "down next to the paint, mate".
Honestly, I don't expect to be shown, but i do expect a bit of common decency. Rant over

Debbie is so welcoming and so good supporting my son, who struggles with autism, and social anxiety. My son loves carpentry fixing and making things so whenever he has a project we go into Wickes with Bobbie, his dog and see Debbie - Debbie communicates so well with my son- understanding that he doesn't like eye contact and that he needs to be prompted to reply, she will use Bobbie to communicate as well. Debbie takes the time to show him examples so that he can make the informed decision and when he gets stuck she is ready to guide him!

Tatiana was exceptionally experienced in designing our kitchen.
We explained exactly what we wanted and she delivered, and we are truly grateful for her service and expertise.

Very good costumer service and very professional friendly and helpful Tonny help me to sort out the delivery when I ordered my garden fence, over all very happy with service and experience at Wickes store in Stevenage,
