Got our kitchen and bathroom, Richard sorted everything and was very helpful can’t thank him enough

Jim on checkout was very helpful with my purchase.
A very cheerful and competent man who made shopping there a pleasure.

Jim at Wickes Maidstone very helpful and friendly. Good experience

We were given a £100 donation from the Wickes Community Programme to help us re-roof the equipment shed where our Scout Group keeps all our supplies staff were super helpful in Maidstone making sure we got all the right materials

Matt the sales and design expert at maidstone wickes was 100 percent on the ball. From start to finish he was helpful , polite and knew his stuff. Matt made the whole process of finding , designing and purchasing a bathroom an absolute delight. Highly recommend seeing him for your next home improvement project.

Excellent support and service from Andreea Toma on the design team on a long timescale project - she kept focus and attention throughout the project and provided updates. Really appreciate the extra mile(s) she has gone to provide a great customer experience.

Jim helped me load some bricks into the car. This made it easier for me.

Richard has been great throughout the whole process. He really cares about the kitchen design and only wants what he thinks is best for you. We’ve been back and forth many times and have felt supported and happy each time. Thoroughly recommend Richard.

I would like to thank Matt Nowotny at the Maidstone branch for designing my dream kitchen. Matt listened to my requests and took away what I was asking and produced the design. I could finally visualise what my new kitchen would look like! Nothing was ever too much trouble as I had plenty of questions, queries etc however Matt always responded! Matt is friendly, approachable and a great designer who I would highly recommend! Thanks again for making my dream of 20 years of waiting finally come true! I absolutely love my new Sofia range kitchen!

I had a bathroom design appointment, which the consultant told me at the beginning wasn’t long enough, and it wasn’t.
He said he would finish the design and quote that day, in between other appointments and then email it to me. A week later I’ve received nothing other than a follow up email asking me to leave this review.
I had a told him that we wanted to get things finalised quickly and wanted high end products. So even more puzzling that he did not come back to me.
Needless to say we are placing our order with another company

Wonderful service give by Jim. Happy birthday.

I came into this store to return some unneeded, excess materials that I'd purchased at another branch. This turned out to be rather complicated but Jim was very patient and helpful and was ultimately able to process the refund for me.

Maidstone - St Peter’s Street
Due to mobility issues, we needed assistance with a pre reserved Order.

JIM saw that my Wife would have struggled with the goods and offered to help.

He brought it to our vehicle and ensured that all was loaded and secure before us leaving.

We cannot rate his Costume Service highly enough.

He is a credit to your Company

Well done and thank you

Excellent service and professional advice.
Thanks Frank

Jim helped me out with my time in store, absolute legend. Couldn't have done more to help me

My thanks to Jim, very helpful.

Jim was an excellent ambassador for Wickes Maidstone and really looked after us.

I was looking to redo my bathroom and didn't know where to begin. Richard the Design Consultant was patient, listened, very helpful, finding answers to our concerns, professional, knowledgeable and did everything to help us find a positive solution.

Everything from the initial consultation with Michael in Maidstone to the excellent installation by Jedda and his team was extremely good. The only thing that was a letdown was the confusion over deliveries caused by the delivery company itself

Yos in Maidstone branch was very helpful, she took her time with us
