Exceptional service from start to finish. The ring we ordered wasnt in stock despite saying it was, but they made it from scratch for us and had it delivered within the week, which we were nervous about as we were imminently travelling for our wedding. Good experience in the Whitby store, they hadn’t got the gold jet signet ring I wanted in stock, but ordered it and gave the same discount as the online price. Slight confusion about the delivery date, but it arrived quickly & I am delighted with the item.

When looking on line at items i was interested in, phoning the York shop and the staff only too happy to acquire the items and allow me to have them put aside to be picked up later.
Both members of staff on two seperate occasions were very helpful and professional.

On our visit to Hamond's Jewellers, we were looked after by Hugo who was very helpful, pleasant and polite. He showed us several items and was extremely patient throughout. I chose some earrings and there was a reduction in the price which was an added bonus. They were beautifully wrapped which is a lovely touch.
