Really pleasant and helpful staff who did their best to deliver my order in time for my husband's birthday.
They kept me up-to-date with how everything was progressing. Unfortunately it was not delivered in time but this was because they wanted to make sure it was completed to their very high standards.
When it did arrive the ring was a good fit and my husband loves it.

Amazing service
My chosen ring was out of stock in the shop. The staff in store measured me correctly so I could order it online. My ring was then made to measure. It is beautiful. Everything was seamless from start to finish.

One opportunity closed and another opened
I was disappointed when W Hamond closed their shop in the Victoria Quarter in Leeds but it's now an excuse to spend a day in York and visit their bijou premises in York's famous Shambles. Great service, excellent advice and suggestions. Thank you Rhiannon and Mason.
