Westcoast Properties Arvostelua

Excellent service throughout the process. On two occasions one of the Assistant Branch Managers helped to resolve an issue we had with a third party. On both occasions they did this in a very speedy and effective manner.

All the Burnham on Sea staff at Westcoast made a very drawn-out experience as pain-free as possible.
They were knowledgeable, positive and always attentive. Next time I need to do property business in the area I will not hesitate to contact them.

Westcoast acted for the vendor of the property we are buying.
The lovely Megan showed us around this and several more bungalows with great patience offering useful advice.
Sue in the office kept us up to date with developments and even phoned when we exchanged contracts to congratulate us.
Well done Westcoast. First class service!

We had our house on the market last year with another estate agent and had lots of time wasters, so took our house off again after 6 months.
We decided to put it back on the market again in April this year and invited Helen from Westcoast in Patchway to give us a valuation. Helen was professional and friendly and filled us with confidence, so we went ahead. She came back a couple of days later to take the photos and brought Jeet with her to tour the house and note all the selling points (we had nothing like this last year and were very impressed). We were offered a professional photographer but chose to allow Helen to take the photos. They were excellent and better than the professional photos that were taken last year, so definitely not worth wasting money on a professional photographer. Jeet is a fabulous salesgirl and didn’t take long to sell our house and the communication was great. Excellent service from Westcoast all round.
Helen recommended Mason moves removals, who we used and they were excellent so definitely worth the recommendation. She also recommended Muve conveyancers, who we used but unfortunately we wouldn’t recommend. The communication wasn’t great with them and they didn’t call when they’d promised - we were constantly chasing them. Maybe it was a language barrier but we wouldn’t use them again!

We would 100% use Westcoast again and highly recommended them. Thank you to the Westcoast team, but particularly Helen and Jeet for making our house sale a positive and successful experience. Michelle and Matthew.

Made property search easier as Westcoast properties were frequently sentingupdated list.
Thanks Emma and Jeet for your excellent job. When going for viewings Jeet was so sincere and dedicated in explaining and she always response well via email.

Navigating the housing market and moving from the family home after over four decades is a significant moment, and needless to say, there are some challenges! Gavin and his team at the Burnham-on-Sea office of Westcoast Properties guided us through the process, making it simple and as stress-free as possible. They demonstrated excellent communication, being quick to respond to calls and emails, and keeping us informed each step of the way. Gavin’s undoubted experience in the market was extremely reassuring and we felt confident and well looked after by the whole team at the Burnham-on-Sea branch.

Have just completed the sale of my apartment with west coast paphos and could not fault the service I received throughout the process. Craig was there to answer any questions I had and was more than helpful. 1st class service.

Teresa Ward from Westcoast properties were really helpful in assisting our mutual client's purchase of the property 102 Worston road. We acted as the conveyancers for the purchasers and she made sure the transaction went on smoothly

We have let and sold via Westcoast Properties in Patchway. Both Emma and Brad have been well-informed, reliable, friendly and professional to deal with. We recommend Westcoast and will definitely use them again. Thank you to their whole team!

Brilliant job from the team at Westcoast Properties. Emma sold our house and got it through quickly and stress free.

Looking at reviews on other platforms such as Yell and Get agent Westcoast properties lettings have very poor reviews. Even on Trustpilot they have 18% 1 star reviews where Ms Pickles believes they have none mostly from dissatisfied tenants.. My interaction with them has been less than pleasant with the aforesaid woman muttering to her much more pleasant colleague during an interview as if I would not notice. Totally unprofessional as so much in the area she reaps what she sows!

I have used Westcoast Properties, Patchway a couple of times and can highly recommend them. Helen was very proactive and helpful throughout the purchase process and we were kept updated on a regular basis. The whole team are very friendly people to deal with.
I would highly recommend the services of Westcoast Properties, Patchway

I have bought, sold and rented through Westcoast many times .... they are outstanding in every way... such a brilliant and knowledgeable team. The attention to detail is second to none. I cannot recommend them enough.
Utterly brilliant... thank you Team Westcoast Portishead 🤗

These guys have been fabulous throughout the whole house buying process.
Both Megan and Sue have been helpful and friendly, and have worked really hard to ensure the experience was as slick as possible whilst keeping us updated regularly - would definitely recommend Westcoast Burnham-On-Sea

Fantastic service from Westcoast Patchway
Helen went over and above selling our property making sure we got the best price
She was very professional and friendly and kept us informed at all times
Great

I have worked closely with Westcoast for a number of years and they are passionate about what they do. Looking after Landlords and Tenants. Beth and the team are brilliant and as a supplier always on hand to help. The Lettings Hub are looking forward to see how this partnership continues to grow.

Renting can often be a tedious process for tenants. Matt @ Burnham on Sea office made the whole process pleasurable. Communication was prompt, always returned calls and kept me up up to date with decision making and tenancy checks.
Kyle assisted us smoothly and efficiently with the background checks. Great service. Thank you

Brilliant experience once again from the whole team at westcoast, my third property purchased through them and another smooth transaction. Couldn’t recommend them enough, thanks again.

All The staff at patchway bristol branch were exceptional from finding a buyer through to completion my solicitor was very slow communicating with the buyers solicitor so Helen was able to communicate with the other solicitor to speed things up I think Helen went above and beyond of what I would have expected from an estate agent from past experience

We purchased our house via Westcoast, Portishead. Linda kept us informed during the process and in touch with the vendor, when necessary. Everything went very smoothly!
We also received some lovely flowers on completion day, thank you. The sold sign was removed 3 days after moving in, super! No complaints!
