I do apologise for the delay in the repair, and can only emphasise that such issues are rare as we carry almost all parts for all versions of ghds, but sometimes we do get caught out. 4.5 out of 5 is still impressive and we than you for this.

Great company and great service
My partner found this little gem of a company who were very reasonably priced, regularly updated me with what they were doing via email and gave me a breakdown of what was done (a bit more than I originally expected).
The service was friendly and great and GHD’s as good as new again. Highly recommend.

Very Satisfied Customer
I found this company excellent. They kept me informed of the progress with the fixing of my GHD straighteners.
Unfortunately, had to send them back as there was a different fault with them. Again, they fixed my straighteners, kept me updated then sent them back with secure posting. Very happy!!!

Super quick service and response time
Super quick service and response time. Kept informed through every process via email. My GHDs work perfectly well again - the cable just needed replacing.
Considering GHD used to just repair them no matter how old/fix for £40, they don’t offer any of this any more of over a certain age which angered me as they never last much more than two years. GHD offered 15% off a new set (still around £100) and we’re very snooty about it all.
I googled companies to fix my broken ones and it was the best decision! Cost around £30 inc return delivery. Cheaper, quick, great service.
