A phone call established it was possible to repair my very old GHD straighteners; guidance on cost of the repair and how best to post them is explained in clear stages on the website. They were repaired within two days and on their way back to me - fantastic customer service!

It states on their website that ghd’s are sent back in 48hours but I havnt got mine back yet after a week . Not very helpful . I paid for next day to send via royal Mail which did work but a week later after paying the same amount I paid RM I still don’t have them back. Apparently they use evri .

Would definitely use again, prompt friendly service and good value. So pleased with my repaired GHDs and 6 month warranty. Paul was very helpful.

Really happy with the service and communication. I looked at buying new GHDs and also considered trying to repair them myself via YouTube video advice, but given I know nothing about electronics, I can definitely say that sending them off to this company was the best choice! Working perfectly again and well worth the cost.

Excellent service walked in to shop and my GHDs were ready next day to pick up. Detailed invoice sent with breakdown of what had been checked & repaired all for less than £30 would definitely recommend in fact all ready have to my friends

So efficient. I dropped some straighteners off as I live locally, ran some errands and they were ready to be picked up an hour later. They were cleaned and are now working again- they also have a 6 month warranty on them just in case. I was initially considering buying some new ones but this is a fraction of the price and they are like new. Highly recommend!

I live locally so dropped my straighteners off. The repair process was explained to me and given the age of my straighteners I felt that it was good value to have them repaired as opposed to replacing. Plus the bonus of a 6 month guarantee. They were ready to collect within 2 days. Nothing to complain about. I have my 10 year old trusty straightener’s back all for less than £30!

I followed the guidance sending my wide plated GHDs using the packing slip - sent with Royal Mail signed for. After over a month - have had no conact - I have used the contact form on the website, and emailed the help number. No answer when called. Am now a pair of GHD out of pocket.
Feel very frustrated and silly for trusting.

Paul was brilliant from start to finish, the best customer service I have ever received. I cannot believe how good my GHDs have cleaned up and the work again!!! Paul was great and kept me updated from start to finish. Sent, fixed and sent back within a week!! My straighteners are 12 years old, so I was heartbroken when I thought they’d lived their life!! They’ll be going for another 12 years at this rate, good as new!!! Thanks again Paul, 5 star service all across the board.
