Paul was so so helpful.
I forgot to put my details on with the ghds.
I rang up & Paul went through questions and we found them.
They were fixed within 20 minutes of me calling and I received them back the next day!

Very fast turnaround time - received my GHDs within a week of sending them off. Excellent communication about when they received them, what the problem was and when they were dispatched. Even received a small bottle of heat protectant when I received them back.

Honest, efficient and helpful!
I have used wefix ghds in Ormskirk twice now - ~2015/16 and 2021. Both times were very efficient and I was kept well informed. The staff are helpful, polite and honest. I highly recommend sending your GHDs to them instead of spending 5x the price on a new pair!
Thanks again- I finally have frizz free hair again!
