Absolutely thrilled that both sets of my GHD’s could be fixed. Friendly staff and really helpful. They kept in touch to let me know the problem. They were both ready in a few days. Reasonable price too.
Highly recommend this service. The ghds are like new now!

100% recommend
This company is so efficient and helpful. The process has never been easier. Sent my enquiry in they got back to me the same day. Told me all the information clearly and got them sent away. The communication inbetween was brilliant, they let me know when they arrived, what the problem was and when they were fixed, when payment was to be made and when they got sent back. My straighteners are now like brand new. Glad I never threw them away! I would 100% recommend this company to use for repairs.

Brilliant service
Sent my straighteners in as they wouldn’t turn on anymore. We had a quick phone conversation as when I sent the enquiry I also wanted to know cost for the plates to be replaced as they were quite scratched. Communication was great, they kept me updated on a delay caused due to it being over the Christmas period, and emailed me to confirm when they had sent them out.
Really great service and would definitely use again.

Fantastic repair service,called spoke to the repair guy he told me to bring my GHD's in and he would look at them. Popped to their Ormskirk shop and they were fixed in about 15 minutes. Wow what an excellent repair service.

FANTASTIC…
I was sceptical but what a FANTASTIC service. Posted them off as not heating up and received great communication via email the whole way through. They've arrived back after a few days and so far are working as good as new!

Amazing to deal with.
Just received my repaired GHDs back and have to say, what a brilliant service from start to finish. Paul kept me updated right from the off. Got a full repair with no unexpected costs. Returned in great packaging with a care and protect spray thrown in for free. Less than a week from me posting to having them back home. Highly recommend Wefixghds!!!!! Will definitely use again when I next need them repairing.

This company is excellent. They answered the phone when I called and advised what they thought was the root
Problem. I sent in my straighteners and the service from Paul and his team was brilliant. I was kept fully informed at all times. Payment was easy via PayPal and my GHD were shipped back
To me immediately after payment in a secure box.
Paul even emailed me after and asked if my GHDs were ok. Just saved over £100 by getting them
Repaired for around £35.
