My rather venerable Vantage Pro2 started giving odd humidity and temp readings: 10% RH when it was pouring outside, no temp readings at all. The rest of the station was fine. A very helpful lady solved the problem and the requisite bit of kit arrived very quickly. It took a while to fit the part as it was slightly different from the old one, but it was easy to adapt it. 'New' station, very happy customer!

Delivery as expected without problems.
Have been test running the TechnoLine WS2816 weather station since I got it and it has proved so far to be very successful.
This is a replacement for a different make of station I got last year which has had problems.

Bought an Accur8 weather station to replace a broken LaCrosse station. Very happy with prices, delivery speed & quality of the product.
My only downside is the supplied screen is much smaller than the LaCrosse unit, but I’ll take a working setup every time 😁

check your purchase not all there weather stations work on uk time i bought one a few weeks ago and its set on german time ,you wont get any info from the weather shop not happy

The ordering and payment facilities for my
TFA Dostman weather station, could not have been easier, and having various payment options, including Pay Pal was good to see.

As soon as i had paid for my purchase, an email was quickly sent, highlighting the delivery time, and after my parcel was posted, the tracking details were excellent.

As i had ordered my item early on Friday afternoon, it was delivered on Monday morning, in perfect condition.

I sincerely hope i can deal with the weather shop in the future, as it was a most satisfying experience.

I bought a replacement sensor for a weather station, and changed my mind, decided to replace the whole thing. Return process was difficult, if you have opened item they try to refuse the return - even when you haven't opened it, you get quizzed by customer service. Not impressed. I have received a refund after I sent back at my expense and they have reduced the refund down by £9.95 and not informed me why? When queried it seems they charge you £5 yo process a return unless faulty.
Steer clear and use Amazon. Never have this issue there.

I bought my first weather station from the Weather Shop in 2020 - it lasted two years and then failed. The Weather Shop replaced it but the customer service is very unfriendly and rather unhelpful. This replacement was put back in exactly the same place in my house as the first - it worked fine but then it failed after a year. I was asked to send it back to them to be tested (postage paid by them). I was told there was nothing wrong with the Weather Station and that it was where I had positioned it.....! and they would send it back to me. I had to chase them for it to be returned. It still doesn't work so I give up - I am buying another type from another company.

So i suffer many illness and couple weeks back i had a infection in the blood, So ended up in hospital, then issue of not holding medicins down, etc etc, any how the day i was took in to the hospital, i was in bad shape, couldn't remember doctors name etc etc. So i've somehow ended up buying all sorts of items of tinterweb. So with only getting out tueday, Now ive to return this crap/ Once i explained my situation everybody has accepted my mistake and let me return with full refunds. APART FROM THIS COMPANY. Not interested as it is past 30 days. So it sits in a unopened box. and as for losing the £200.00 for the weather station. . It will come around and bite you in the ass., Always one !

Having made initial contact with the Weather Shop wanting to purchase a TFA weather station and protector, being the distributor in the UK, I found the customer service support appalling.

Firstly, obtaining a quote for the item as they did not stock it and needed to speak with TFA in Germany. I had to make five calls as a follow-up before I got the quote, having been told they were too busy to arrange a quote(excellent, I thought, in this economic climate).

Subsequently, when I eventually did receive the quote and wanted to place the order, I was met by a harsh and rude sales manager who told me she could not take orders as the lady was out for lunch. I was told I would get a call back to place my order; despite waiting 4 hours and three phone calls later, I called back to complain about this appalling service. I was so thankful I never placed an order, as if there was a problem with the item/s, then I certainly did not feel confident it would be dealt with swiftly or even at all.

Very disappointing indeed with such poor service, and being part of a larger group, it seems the everyday customer like myself is not treated with any priority, and certainly in such a casual and carefree approach.

I am writing to the parent company to complain as I am sure the shareholders will be pleased that customers cannot place orders and are treated so casually- NOT!!

A few years back, I purchased a couple of weather stations from Amazon, but they were useless. Four years ago, I came across Weathershop.co.uk, and was immediately impressed by the quality advice I got from Jacqui, and that their units were used professionally throughout the world in a range of different settings such as football stadiums, schools and the like.

The difference between the cheap Amazon weather station and the one I purchased from them was unbelievable. The signal from the sending unit was able to get through the thick walls we have in our house, and it has given us constant pleasure to monitor the weather outside.

A few weeks ago, the weather station developed a fault and a quick call with Jacqui identified what the issue was, and I was able to get the replacement part which was very easy to fit, and it is now back up and running. I can't recommend the shop and their service enough and would have no hesitation in buying another weather station from there. The equipment is professional grade and built to withstand harsh weather.

The bottom line is pay a little bit more and get the best. It is well worth it in the long run.

Extremely slow to sort out any issues and they make the process very painful!! Purchased a weather station in 2020 with a 5 year warranty which was faulty from the start, wouldn't even start up so I returned it. They agreed it was faulty and replaced it...eventually. 2021 this one went faulty. Again it took forever but they eventually agreed it was also faulty and replaced it. Now the third one has gone faulty and I have asked for my money back. Returned the unit which they have now had for nearly 2 weeks. They claim there is nothing wrong with it but have not explained why it wasn't working! Say they are going to now return what is clearly a faulty unit...but still chasing because now I have no unit, no refund and a whole lot of stress.

AVIOD! Faulty console and flagged the issue with them. They told me to return the entire station. Did so then told me they would not honour guarantee as one of the anemometers was broken. It wasn't broken when it left me. Didn't even look at the console. 6 weeks latter I am am still left without my weather station and there is no communication from the weather shop. The customers service is appalling. Guarantees are not honoured and the quality of the equipment is clearly suspect.

Grateful for the personal touch in advising me regarding my purchase. Great customer service & updates on delivery which was speedy. Cannot remark on the item as it’s a Christmas gift. Thank you Weather Shop
