How very refreshing to find a small family run company that give first class service excellent technical advise and support and all at very competitive prices. They guided me through the alternatives and I’ve now got a Starlink mini with its own battery installed internally in my new motorhome. It’s easily removable so I can use it elsewhere when my motorhome is laid up in the winter. Thank you to all the staff for their help. Highly recommended

I contacted Chigwell Sat services and they talked me through it and explained how to resolve the issue. Absolutely excellent customer services and I will definitely use and recommend them. I was given a tv box as a present which was purchased from this company. Unfortunately it was faulty. When I contacted chigwell to report this the customer service I was given was unbelievabley brilliant!! Daniel took ownership of the problem and within 48 hours I had received a replacement box. I have no qualms at all to recommend this company . I will definitely be using them in future . Thanks again Daniel

Bought the starlink with the installation and it was perfect. Lovely person and got the job done with no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend

I purchased a Humax 1100S freesat and recorder box via Amazon. Unfortunately the remote control stopped working after two weeks so I contacted Chigwell Satellite two days ago. They were very helpful and talked me through a few things to try. They then agreed that I needed a replacement remote. I received it this morning and everything is working perfectly. Great service.
