Weather Shop Arvostelua 

I am unable to review the weather station that I received as it never worked correctly even after repeated attempts to fix it...if was returned as faulty and a refund was made. My one star rating is for the officious and dismissive response experienced with the Customer" Care" operative ....just a thought.....but maybe a refresher course in customer service care is long overdue

This company has a first class attitude to customer service. My order was made after several enquiries from me on the product of my choice. Questions and emails answered promptly and politely, and so much help given to aid me in my decisions. I only ordered my product a few hours back and already it is despatched and due tomorrow. The lady who helped me so much was Jacquie. If the product is as good and professional as she is then there are no problems.
I highly recommend this company.

They were very helpful as to what to choose for my husband. I can’t comment on the success of the item as it’s a present and it’s not been opened yet.

We are very pleased with the Mobile Alerts / Techno Line MA10410 Weather Station. It gives accurate temperature and humidity readings from a sensor in a greenhouse despite the transmission distance and the presence of an aluminium greenhouse and double glazing. The knowlegeable and polite staff at the 'Weather Shop' made the transaction very straightforward. Highly recommended.

Good display with useful information. However, as far as I can see, there's no way to download information to a PC.
I also think that the price is a bit over the top. I used Cumulus in the past - free of charge and more straight forward than this bit of kit.
Ended up having to join Weatherlink, representing yet more expenditure.

Easy to order with lots of choice, almost too many different models and useful info on each model on the website. Delivery was very speedy.
One concern we have about the Accur8 weather station we bought is the outside temperature measured seems to be easily affect by the temperature of the wooden shed it is fixed on as on sunny days it reads very high even when in shade. The older previous model we had wasn't affected in this way.
Other than that excellent unit with all the info one could need on the display.

Straightforward choice based on information on each station and my requirements. I especially like the over-size solar ventilated Stevenson Screen for the external sensor. Easy to set up - just let it settle and remember we are one hour behind Frankfurt! Recommended.

My purchase was for a replacement unit to send outside data to the inside weather station.
The web site was easy to navigate. Delivery was within 3 days.

Ordered a weather station and paid for next day delivery. The item did not come until day 3 and then it turned out it was the wrong item.... Weather Shop said they would swap out the items and I decided that, well, I've had two of these before, they tend to last 5-6 years outdoors all the time, I would cut my losses and not get another. Weather Shop were very helpful in getting the incorrect item collected and a refund came the next day.

The Kestrel 2000 wind meter has proved a valuable instrument to monitor the wind speed and temperature on outdoor walks.
The indoor techno line instrument which monitors the temperature and humidity is really important to check ones environment indoors.
The weather shop swiftly dispatched my order which was carefully wrapped.
Very pleased with my purchase.
