WE ARE REWIND Arvostelua

Top quality cassette player.

Tolles Gerät, schnelle Lieferung.

Schneller Versand, es wurde über jede Phase des Versands berichtet,

I hope, all are good.

Great product. Just what I was looking for--retro design made with quality components and excellent sound. Easy to order and fast shipping.

Use the headphones daily-very comfortable over in-ear hearing aids.
Sound is great...rich, warm tones w/o bulky, sweaty cans

A complete and utter scam.

I ordered a limited edition Pink Floyd cassette player in July. I ordered two of them to maximise my chances of receiving one, but Ligia, my customer services assistant, that this was not necessary so cancelled one of my orders.

When I ordered the items, I was NOT told they would be subject to a £40 customs charge - indeed I had not realised that WE ARE REWIND was based in France. I took this extra cost 'hit' on the chin, although it would mean I would be spending close to £200 for a cassette player. This is not small change.

Basically, the issue has been that I repeatedly never received the email or text message notifying me to pay the customs duty, so the item was twice returned to WE ARE REWIND. Throughout my correspondence, I found the customer services assistant, Ligia, to be unhelpful, unempathic and dogmatic. She refused to empathise that this item was something I had been looking forward to owning.

Then ensued a complaint escalation whereby I repeatedly stated I did not want a refund, I wanted the item. In the final analysis, I received a refund. So no item.

Worse still - WE ARE REWIND then decided to charge me US$60 for NOT delivering the item. I have tried to refute this but to no avail. They say this amount is on the website that I wasn't - and am still not - aware of. The latest is that the company said that, "as a gesture of goodwill" they reviewed my correspondence and then decided to do nothing. What do they normally do - ignore the customer entirely?

I pointed out that there are a good number of one-star reviews for WE ARE REWIND on Trustpilot, many experiencing the same unfair customs charge for NOT receiving the item. They have not commented on this.

WE ARE REWIND are now ignoring my call for another complaint escalation - one that resolves the matter satisfactorily - and have closed the case, even though I clearly am not happy.

Would you be?

I would go so far to say that this experience has been a SCAM. I would avoid this company at all costs.

The Rewind Cassette player is everything I'd hoped for - solid build quality, great sounding audio quality and the extra earphone covers were a nice touch. Couldn't be happier.

Super produit,
Il y avait un souci sur le lecteur k7, le sav a été très efficace et m'en a renvoyé un. Je peux maintenant en profiter. Merci Ligia Masetto.

High quality, good shipping, nice package, just amazing in general

It was a little unnerving to be handled at arm's length by a third party agent, so I was relieved when the product was delivered.

Beautiful bit of kit - very satisfying product with solid materials, definitely feels premium. Bluetooth mode is a big plus. Only feature request I would have is a way to make Bluetooth connection a bit more seamless. Would definitely recommend this product to anyone else - analogue for ever!

The cassette player looks great and sounds fantastic. The import duty was relatively easy to sort out, so the transaction was sorted very quickly.

Arrived promptly and great looking product

Bel objet. Matière de qualité

Artikel entspricht der Beschreibung schnelle Abwicklung. Gute Verpackung

I made a mistake in my order but after sale fix it quickly with no issue. When that was done delivery was really fast and product looks perfect ! My dad is really happy about it ! Thank you

Overall ease of website, clear and concise description. I've been looking at tape player for over a year, that fact you have Bluetooth as an option is the reason I went with your product. Sturdy and sleek build also made me a buyer.
