We Do Doors Arvostelua

From start to finish I was kept informed of progress of order to final installation. Really pleased with the quality of the door, frame and trims - all well installed by their fitter Tony. Good value. Definitely would use again.

I found the company online and looked at the reviews and then designed my two doors. I then spoke to a member of the team who went through my choices. He then gave me a few days to consider and I was contacted the Friday to see whether I still wanted to place the order. Which I did.
I was then contacted and given the name of the fitter. Who came and measured up. These were sent in and all throughout the process I was updated with how the order was progressing.
I was then contacted by the fitter for a date when he could come and install them. This was yesterday. I am so pleased with the finished product he did a great job.
The service I've received from the very first call, to the installing and quality of the doors and the friendly and helpful lady who took the payment have been exemplary.
It has made the process so simple.
Thank you so much to everyone.

Good thanks

Wonderful friendly service.. nothing too much trouble.Fitters were excellent and the office staff were kind, polite and knowlegable! Door is exactly what we wanted.. delighted!Great company to do business with.. highly recommend!

'We Do Doors' is top-notch! Their customer service was absolutely outstanding, keeping me updated every step of the way. The door itself is high-quality craftsmanship, and their after-sales service is just as fantastic—responsive and super helpful. Highly recommend this fantastic company!” and super helpful. Highly recommend this fantastic company!”

From start to finish we had a great service from this company. The door is finished to a high standard and the installation was absolutely perfect. Fantastic service from the engineer.

Really impressed with this company.

From requesting the initial quote on the website I was contacted within an hour. Comms throughout were really good, but also courteously relaxed and in no way pressuring to go with them.

Final quote was brilliant- literally 50% less than other companies I had quotes from. It was so good I had slight anxiety, but that turned out to be misplaced.

The door was fitted a month ago now and I am over the moon with it. Top quality, delivered and fitted in good time and no issues, so overall very happy.

Communication remained good throughout, updating me every step of the way on the manufacture, and they checked up to make sure everything was ok a week after the fitting.

Excellent service all round and would highly recommend.

Beautiful doors, beautifully fitted.

Everything was excellent. At first I was very impressed with the price. Then I was blown away by the team, they really look after you. To top it all off, the tradesman that does the work was absolutely great and did a fantastic job.

Great communication from start to finish, very reasonable price, lovely finished job. Very pleased with my new door.

I was very happy with my overall experience, the door was made just how i wanted it, the fitter contacted me and arrived on the day we set before fitting it within 5hours.

the doors looks perfect exactly as ordered, but wouldn't open when exposed to the sun. They tried to fix it, but its still an issue. I had to send them multiple videos and pictures of door not opening ( !) still no fix. I am lucky I have a garden door that I can use- otherwise, this would be a big problem. I recommend discussing this point before ordering door from them.

Brilliant company, wonderful staff, fitter amazing. Everything was perfect

Great guy that fitted door polite and proffesional..door is great..so pleased

Great support - Andy was fabulous checking in to see where we were up to with the fix required to our door. Steve who came and did the fix was very thorough and professional. Would definitely recommend- the whole team go the extra mile

This is the second time we have ordered a door from We Do Doors.
Although you do a quote online their friendly team promptly call you to go over your specifications before they send a fitter out to measure up. All their staff are very helpful and friendly but a huge mention to Lisa and Samantha
Whilst our door was being made they kept us informed and Phil did a lovely job fitting it.
Would recommend and use again, great customer service, value and quality.

Great experience from start to finish. All customer contact by telephone was extremely good, very informative, professional and helpful. Walked us through the ordering process to ensure we got exactly the door we wanted. All aspects of the measuring and fitting process with our fitter George were also brilliant. A very professional job and the door looks fantastic. Would highly recommend as our whole experience has been top class.

I purchased a composite door from We-Do-Doors, which was fitted in January 2025, and I’ve been really impressed with the service from start to finish.
From the initial purchase through to installation, communication was excellent. Sam McFarlane, who handled everything for me, was professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. The door fitter, Phil, was also excellent—very professional, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in his work.
Recently, I noticed the door had dropped slightly and the handle wasn’t operating as smoothly as it should. I contacted We-Do-Doors, and within just a few days, Sam had arranged for Phil to come back out and take a look. He quickly fixed the issue, adjusted everything properly, and now the door works perfectly again. Sam also organised a couple of grub screws and a small cap cover to be sent in the post. I fitted them myself as it was easy to do. Again, a very efficient service.
It’s reassuring and refreshing to deal with a company that not only provides a quality product but also stands by its aftercare and customer service. Really pleased with the overall experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend We-Do-Doors to anyone looking for quality products, excellent communication, and professional service. Oh, and the initial purchase price was very competitive as well.

The fitter was really nice and helpful. The door looks amazing, I'm really pleased with it. Would use this company again.

We were hugely impressed with 'We Do Doors', not only with the beautiful front door - which has totally transformed our entrance lobby - but also with the exceptional customer service which has been excellent throughout.
From beginning the inquiry with the ever-helpful & friendly Kerrie, to the precision fitting with John, and finally with Andy's outstanding co-ordination / after-sales-service, it's been a most pleasurable & hassle-free experience.

Here in the UK, disappointingly, it's becoming increasingly difficult to find a business that takes great pride in its work and is committed to providing the best quality of product and customer service, but each and every one of the 'We Do Doors Team' ticked every box in providing a product & service par excellence.
