We Do Doors Arvostelua

The process from ordering the doors to getting them fitted was straight forward. I received excellent advice and help from 'We Do Doors' and the price quoted was what I ended up paying. The fitters were professional and turned up on time. Overall I'm very satisfied with the doors and the service I received.

I put in our door requirements on the We Do Doors website, the same day I received a call to discuss exactly what we needed. They advised the door I had selected was much more expensive than an almost identical option which was significantly cheaper with an equally high standard. We ordered the door and a fitter was sent out to measure up. Communication from ordering to fitting was really good. Rafal fitted the door and has done a fantastic job. We are really pleased with the service from We Do Doors and extremely pleased with the door and installation. We would recommend them.

I had a door installed some years ago however have very recently experienced issues with the locking mechanism jamming. Be aware that the company do not offer any after service or repair. They emailed me to go and get a locksmith to fix it. I wasn't expecting it to be done for free due to the time that has elapsed but I didn't expect the brush off either.

We found the communication was very good - quick responses to our enquiries. The products were very good quality - we had 3 doors fitted and are extremely pleased with them. Russ who fitted the doors was very pleasant and polite - just got on with the job efficiently and effectively. Everybody we spoke to throughout was polite and concerned to give good service which they did.

Great service from We do Doors from start to finish.
Consultant came to measure up, then the door was made.
5 weeks later the installation team arrived and fitted the new door.
Very professional service throughout.

Efficient and friendly service from the sales and administration team.
Fitter was punctual and completed the work within 5 hours. Everywhere was left clean and tidy.

From my initial enquiry to installation and completion, I have nothing but praise for We Do Doors. A very honest and professional company.

From the first initial phone call everything was professional and an overall smooth process. Fitter came and measured and even suggested lowering the door a little to match existing patio doors. Swift manufacturing and installation at a fraction of any other price I was quoted! Wouldn’t use anybody else and will continue to refer to friends and family.

Absolutely first class from start to finish.
From the lady who took the initial enquiry through to Gordon the installer - we couldn’t have asked for more.

Top quality door, no fuss & clean installation and fantastic communication all the way through.

We arranged this all from 500 miles away for my father-in-laws home in Largs - fabulous company.

Would absolutely recommend.

This company impressed me from start to finish. During the initial phone call the process was clearly explained, options were talked through and there was never any pressure to buy. A fitter came to measure and this provided more reassurance as it was clear he’d been fitting doors a long time and was very experienced. Waited a few weeks for the door, during which time updates were provided. Then the day arrived. Exciting times! Fitter arrived exactly at the time he said he would and did a wonderful job. The finish is better than imagined, it’s looks so good! All the old door parts were taken away and even the dust and chippings were brushed up. This is clearly a professional company and I would recommend them happily to anyone wanting new doors.
An email arrived the next day with the finish up paperwork such as the guarantee and I must admit to being a little disappointed that whilst the door has a decent guarantee, the locking mechanism is only guaranteed for 1 year, I would have thought there should be more confidence the lock will work for more than 12 months. If the lock fails there’s no point in having a fancy new front door!!
Aside from this guarantee niggle, in my opinion this is a company you can trust, who are professional and who I would happily use again. Thank you.

The new door that I purchased required a small amount of snagging work and after contacting We Do Doors, they had it sorted out within a couple of days and now, all is good. Additionally, the door that we purchased is solid, well made and really compliments our house!

Had a door made by this company and was very pleased with outcome, a very strong and robust door which was fitted very well and has made my house frontage look really smart, anyone looking to replace their doors I would certainly recommend this company.

I couldn't be happier with my decision to choose this company for my new windows and doors. From start to finish, the experience was flawless.
First, the team is exceptional. They are true professionals who actually listen to the customer, provide expert advice, and ensure every detail is handled with care. Their communication and dedication made the whole process stress-free.
Secondly, the materials are simply superb. You can immediately feel the premium quality—the insulation, the finish, and the durability are top-notch. They haven't just improved the look of my home; they’ve significantly upgraded its comfort and energy efficiency.
If you’re looking for the perfect combination of high-end products and a team that genuinely cares, look no further. Highly recommended!

Good Communication from initial enquiry to installation of the front composite back upvc and sliding patio doors. Friendly, Professional, dilligent and Knowledgeable fitter. Useful aftercare advice and guarantees given on completion. Good experience all in all. would recommend.

We wanted a new front door, so called several companies, who came out to discuss. Their average price was nearly £3000, for a front door!!! Thank you but no. We looked online and found exactly the door we wanted, exactly, and the company was We Do Doors. Supply and fit with upgraded police approved lock was £1200. Within a few days the very friendly fitter came out to measure up and explain what he would do. We paid a deposit and within a few weeks the door was made and fitted. And we are simply over joyed with both the door, the fitter and the company. Once the quality door and frame were perfectly installed we happily paid off the remaining balance and it was a pleasure to do with the most positive and caring customer service. In this day and age service of this level is literally unheard of. We Do Doors sets the standard of how a company should act and they do it brilliantly!! I 100% recommend We Do Doors, not only for the quality and price of their doors but their unparalleled customer service
