WatchMarketplace Arvostelua

A different level!! Honestly, the most professional service we have ever received when purchasing an item.
The customer service was absolutely impeccable, from start to finish. Charles was ultra professional from when we enquired, through to sourcing, right the way through to delivery. He went out of his way to source the perfect 40th birthday present for my husband.
But not only did he source the watch, he offered something most other company’s can not match or replicate - a personalised, hassle free, 7 star service with constant updates and messages to give us a status on the watch. Thank you so much Charles. You have been a pleasure to meet and deal with.

Charles is a pleasure to do business with. Would highly recommend him to other watch enthusiasts.

Gave Charles my watch to refurbish. Came back looking brand new. Great service, came to collect and return the watch and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

An exceptional service from start to finish.

Quick and simple process, well informed and updated throughout, thank you!

The only place I’d recommend in this industry. A truly great experience.

Buying a watch from WatchMarketplace turned out to be an amazing experience that exceeded all my expectations! Their team, especially Charles, was incredibly professional and knew so much about watches, which made the process really special from the get-go.

Charles paid attention to what I was after in a watch, making sure to note down the details that mattered to me.

The standout for me was WatchMarketplace’s dedication to going the extra mile. They used their vast market insight to find me a watch that wasn’t just good, but truly exceptional. The open and honest communication during our dealings was like a breath of fresh air, and it built a level of trust that made everything run smoothly.

I can’t recommend WatchMarketplace enough if you’re on the hunt for a top-notch timepiece. Their commitment to customer happiness and their in-depth expertise put them at the top of the game in the watch world. I’m over the moon with my new watch and excited for any excuse to work with them again.

Massive thanks to Charles and the whole team at WatchMarketplace for outstanding service and for guiding me to my perfect watch!

Charles at WatchMarketplace was a pleasure to do business with. Not only did he provide a seamless transaction, he went above and beyond to communicate every step of the buying process. The watch arrived on time and was as described in the listing. It was also refreshing to buy a timepiece from Charles who came across as a collector, not a reseller. His love for watches made the purchase that much better. Highly recommend!!!

I recently px a watch with Charles and the service received was highly expectional he went beyond and above to put me at ease and ensure everything went smooth with the px.

Another great deal with Charles

Acquired a very fairly priced Rolex from Charles. As always outstanding service from identifying the piece, rapid sourcing through to expedited shipment and delivery.

Courteous, knowledgable professional and a pleasure to work with.

My 6th purchase from Charles this year. Roll on 2024!

An excellent team to go for for all things watch-related. Patient when listening, Harry from the team provided excellent advice and options. Thank you!

Very professional, very knowledgeable. Safe and secure transaction. Excellent after sales. Would recommend to friends and family.

I bought a Rolex off Charles, fantastic service from start to finish, I will be back for further piece in the future.

Charles provided a thoroughly professional service from my initial enquiry to final purchase of the watch. I highly recommend WatchMarketPlace.

I was looking for a watch that's quite hard to find, a Steel Vacheron Constantin Overseas, and gave the watch marketplace a challenge, I also was really stretching my wallet to get this piece, and wasn't particularly hopeful. Within 24 hours I received a call saying that the watch is obtainable, and within my budget. I couldn't believe it. 2 days later the watch was available for inspection, exactly the model I wanted and within my budget. How they did it is beyond me. I just wanted to thank the team, you have a happy customer that will return one day, thank you again and nice to meet you all.
