Russ,
Thank you so much for the kind words.
Sorting out any issues on a luxury watch is par for the course for us.
On this occasion, even though the watch was out of warranty, we are reasonable and decided to honour the warranty regardless and indeed provide a free refurbishment worth £200 for you.
Because for us, we treat people the way they deserve to be treated.

I recently had my Rolex Wimbledon…
I recently had my Rolex Wimbledon serviced by The Watch Marketplace in Manchester city centre, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.
From the outset, Olly Burns, their watch specialist, was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about his craft. He kept me updated throughout the entire process with real-time communication, which gave me complete confidence that my watch was in safe hands.
Olly assured me that I'd be "wowed" by the finished result—and he was absolutely right. My Rolex came back looking and performing to an exemplary standard. The attention to detail and quality of the workmanship exceeded my expectations, and the service was offered at a very reasonable price.
It's refreshing to find a business that combines outstanding craftsmanship with excellent customer service. Based on this experience, I'll certainly be returning—not only for future servicing but also to purchase gold and silver from them.
I highly recommend **The Watch Marketplace** to anyone looking for a trusted, professional, and reliable watch specialist. Five-star service from start to finish!

Fantastic support on the sale of our watch
I was extremely impressed with Charles, who handled the sale of my watch with a personable and speedy service, as well as fantastic transparency to get the deal over the line. Charles is knowledgable and up-front in an industry that feels murky and untrustworthy. What a breath of fresh air - thank you Charles !
