WatchMarketplace Arvostelua

Such a good experience. Very communicative and kept me informed the whole time. Watch turned up exactly as described. Would use again!

WatchMarketplace were able to source a new Panerai submersible that was out of stock in the Panerai boutiques at a 20% discount to retail price. They did this extremely quickly with regular and consistent communication. The service is concierge-level and faultless. I would recommend whole heartedly!

Very professional. Good communication. I got a good deal.

Second watch off Charles, fantastic service yet again. Great advise, really competitive deal both on the watch part exchanged as well as the watch bought. Great communication throughout, transparency and quality of service. He even came to meet me to handover the new watch. Thanks very much again, certainly see me consulting him when the time comes back around again for something - mega work and quick turnaround, thank you

Knowledgable, helpfull… recommend.

I had incorrectly commented that this seller was a scam. I was WRONG and wish to apologize. It appears that a copy site (on Facebook Marketplace) is advertising under the same name, complete with routers etc. Please insure the site you end up in is in fact watchmarketplace.co.uk and not someone misrepresenting themselves. Sorry Charles if this caused you any undue stress.

Charles and the team at Watchmarketplace were prompt and professional. The watch arrived and was exactly as described. I am very pleased with my purchase. Super service and a great product.

It was a pleasure dealing with Charles, he provided a fantastic professional service and I am delighted with my purchase

Above and beyond customer service!
Charles went out of his way to ensure I bought the watch I wanted. Will definitely deal with these guys again! Thank you!
Martin in Cornwall.

I found Charles on LinkedIn and kept an eye on his posts. A watch I wanted popped up and within minutes of my message Charles has kindly reserved it for me. I paid and the watch arrived the day after; it's astonishing. Charles kept me updated throughout and his service is faultless. I just can't see me buying a watch now from anyone else..

With out a doubt the best high end watch retailer I have ever used. Charles’s service is exceptional in every way. He makes you feel like you’re his only client with personal updates about your purchase. He is now my only go to guy for watches because no one else can touch his service or products. I can’t recommend Watch Market Place enough, Charles only want is to see you happy and he has succeeded.

Excellent service, speedy delivery
Great communication

Second time dealing with Charles and the team at WatchMarketplace.
All I knew was they had a watch I was after, hadn’t seen any pictures, trusted it was in the condition they said and bank transferred straight away. Watch arrived and super happy. Very trustworthy and good at what they do, I will definitely deal with them again. Thank you.

Excellent service from Charles and his colleagues. They went over and above to get the watch I needed.
Will be recommending to friends and family.

When it comes to making a significant investment, trust in the seller is paramount. My experience at the Family shop on Market St, in Manchester, epitomized this principle. A few months ago, I stepped into the store with a casual inquiry about a watch in the window, emphasizing that I wasn't yet ready to make a purchase. Charles warmly welcomed me and graciously shared insights about the timepiece without any hint of pressure to buy. Our interaction felt like a genuine conversation rather than a sales pitch.

Impressed by Charles's knowledge and professionalism, I expressed my specific preferences, and we agreed to stay in touch via WhatsApp. Over the following months, I received occasional updates on their inventory, always presented in a friendly and informative manner.

When I noticed my desired watch was available, I reached out to Charles for more details. Despite residing outside the UK, logistics posed no obstacle. Charles promptly provided additional photos and information, maintaining the same considerate approach.

Upon confirming my intention to purchase and arranging to visit the shop, Charles went above and beyond by offering to pick me up from the airport. Upon arrival, he warmly welcomed me and facilitated a seamless transaction, ensuring a personalized buying experience.

The exceptional level of service didn't end there. Impressed by Charles's dedication, I entrusted him with sourcing a special item for my daughter, a request beyond his typical offerings. True to form, he delivered, leveraging his network to fulfill my request without ever pressuring me to buy.

In Charles, I've found not just a reliable seller, but a trusted advisor and friend in the world of luxury watches and jewellery. For anyone seeking a personalized shopping experience with no sales pressure, I wholeheartedly recommend paying a visit to the Family shop and asking for Charles. Whether you make a purchase or simply engage in conversation, you'll find a level of service that's both rare and invaluable.

Very good experience. Excellent and provided great service.

I cannot speak highly enough of Charles ...I bought a fantastic watch from him and at every stage he did everything possible to make the buying experience as good as it could possibly be!

Great doing business with Charles. Hope to make future dealings with.

Quick and professional.

I cannot thank Charles enough for being able to track down and supply a watch that I’ve wanted to get for years, unfortunately they are not easy watches to get hold of and are a bit of a unicorn to find in the wild.
Charles has surpassed everything I could have thought with the level of detail and attention to keeping me updated every step of the way. I cannot recommend him enough. There’s no one close when it comes to this level of service.
