Volksmaster Arvostelua

Great experience, car broke down at home and was picked up and taken to the garage. Staff sent a video explaining their findings and a very clear list of recommended work with prices. All went smoothly and I’m very pleased with the work done on the car.

Very informative and quick work. Brilliant customer service from reception! Would definitely recommend if you’re ever having any car troubles!

Had our VW Tiguan brake fluid service undertaken at Volksmaster, cannot fault the professional service provided by all the employees, which exceeded my expectations and the video health check of my vehicle was an unexpected bonus.
Thanks for the quality service and professionalism

Great service

Following the recent closure of VW Main Agents in Bury I decided to give Volksmaster in Bury a try.
Very pleased I did. They operate almost exactly like the Main Agents did and charge (?)10-20% less. The staff are friendly and efficient and seem to really value your custom.
My car was collected (free) and delivered back once the service and MoT had been completed.
I had been recommended to them by a friend who had used the Heywood Branch and was very complementary about them.
The guys at Bury were also excellent. My only regret is that I had not used them in previous years, but I will certainly be using them in future.

I was booked in for normal annual service, but unfortunately, my alternator went faulty the day before, and I was taken by AA to Volkmaster ashton Rd, Oldham. Thankfully they managed to sort out my alternator problem and do the service too, but needed to be left in until the next day (understandably). Great service and professional throughout. Special thanks to Amanda, Kat and Nick at reception, and Dan (engineer).

Absolutely fabulous staff excellent service my VW needed lots of work due to previous garage neglect and all jobs completed car in workshop for a week as not fit to drive just collected the car and valet completed car looks beautiful drives like it did when first bought wonderful service and from now on this is the only garage I will be visiting thank you to everyone ♥️

Thanks for giving me confidence every time I bring my car in. I'm always completely satisfied with the service, and this visit was no exception. Friendly, professional, and reliable as always. Thank you!

Once again, cannot fault Volksmaster Van Center on Hollins Road & Car Center at Ashton Road.

Kat at Ashton Road car center is amazing, great customer service, cannot fault her a little bit.

Jordan & Craig at Volksmaster Van center same with him, great customer service, cannot fault him.

Nathan has been the best, has always looked aftered me, love his service and the work he does!

I totally recommend EVERYONE to use volksmaster, 1000% better than these back street garages!

Perfect service as always best garage in the area by far

I’ve just had my MOT carried out at the Heywood Branch. It was done at an offer price and both the reception and engineering staff were very friendly and efficient. I had cause to change the date of the job and this was done by phone without fuss. Thank you

Back at Bury branch again (lots of work being done to my EV, not because I was dissatisfied at all) and, as usual, fantastic service, a job well done at competitive prices. Thought I needed a new 12V battery but a health check by Volksmaster Bury meant I had no need to spend £300+ just yet. Thank you. The work done (replacing a pair of drop link after Group 1 VW only replaced one in October last year - I assume to quickly get more work out of me) was done speedily and professionally and no more knocking and clunking. Couldn’t recommend a garage more and Elysia (?) on reception is brilliant.

Excellent service as aways, my VW Touareg always goes to, volksmaster hollins road, great staff, always keep you upto date on progress

Excellent customer service and had my Audi A3 back on the road within 48 hours. Staff were very helpful and informative. Will definitely use them again if needed.

Excellent job
Videos of your vehicle which shows all the parts that need replacing, don’t get that on a back street garage.
Can’t complain about the price with how much work was done to a top standard with no fuss, better than the main dealer garages

Was able to book Golf in easily and with no fuss. Staff very helpful from customer service to technicians. Very thorough service with helpful advice. Very pleased with all work carried out and will use again.

Was told I need new front break discs and pads and quoted £456 😳
I decided to get the discs and pads myself for £110
Had a mechanic fit them for £60
£170 all together
The mechanic told me one of my old pads were fitted the wrong way round
How did volksmaster not see this? 🤔

Excellent service as always at Volksmaster Heywood, I've used them many times now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Friendly knowlegable staff and good customer service . Audi A4 service carried out including video health check . Thanks again

A company you can trust and rely on with exceptional customer service and value for money.

What a place!

The service and advice in relation to my Audi TTS has proved invaluable. Everyone is so friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Alicia on reception was amazing keeping me informed and up to date with what was happening with my car. She took the time to explain things properly in a professional and friendly manner. I will only use VolksMaster (Bury) to look after my car. I even took them in some chocolates to say thank you. Brilliant work. If you want somewhere trustworthy and good value you can’t go wrong with them.
