Volksmaster Arvostelua

I booked in for quite a lot of work which had to be done over 2, appointments and all done to professional standards and always contacted me with the progress.

Transparent service and regular communication, coupled with good advice. I trust Volksmaster Oldham totally and travel a long way to get my van serviced and MOT'd there.

Booked our Mercedes A220 in for a full service at Volksmaster HEYWOOD.
Professional thorough and friendly service all round from their staff .. reasonable prices and a complimentary car wash to finish the job. Couldn’t recommend this garage more highly!
Mike and Lynne.

Had a big repair done of these guys and girls professional people was happy to help me .had no problem since thanx so much to the team in heywood

Company kept me up to date with issues with my car. Sent a video of issues that needed immediate attention and any advisory that needed some attention. Picked up car after issues had been sorted and my car was clean inside and out.
Although not the cheapest they are definately the best on customer service

Great service, fast and reliable, good work at great rates, very friendly staff and helpful, would highly recommend, you can put trust in them to do a good job 👍🏽

Great service at Heywood branch. Post video of checks on your car was a welcome surprise and very innovative.

The service at Volksmaster Ashton Road Oldham branch is of high standards.

The staff are friendly and kept me up to date with a detailed video while I was getting a full service for my car and MOT.

Brilliant customer service every time and definitely look after loyal customers.

Had my car at the bury store and couldn’t fault the attention to detail wat they do. Very professional and job well done all the time. Thanks guys 👍

Great service from the team, very professional

Really pleased with the work done at Volksmaster Hollins Road. The team were really friendly and kept me updated along the way. Thanks to Jordan for keeping me in the loop about my car. I received my car back and it was nice and clean which was lovely. Overall, they were very professional and got me back on the road as soon as possible. Can’t recommend them enough!

Great service once again

Great checking in and out service with Alisha . Very polite and efficient and the MOT reseasonably priced . Thanks

I had my car in for MOT and service. Although I had to pay than expected because of an issue with my car I cannot fault the service and professionalism of the team. They kept me informed and my car was ready when they saud. I will definitely be using them again

The service from start to finish was excellent. From booking my VW golf r MK8 in for a DSG service. Girl at he desk was very welcoming to the mechanic working on the car. Quality service. 👍

Bury Branch- As usual, a great job. However, Volkmaster offered a 30th Anniversary deal. Full service and MOT for £289. Pay £10 upfront and get a £50 discount. I was dissapointed, because I was offered my £50 discount. Not on £289, but on £314 for full service and MOT. A £25 difference in Volksmaster favour. Your response appears very reasonable, however should your offer have not been clear upfront?

Highly recommend the garage! Just moved to the area and got recommended volksmaster by my previous garage.
Car had issues and they got it straight in for diagnostic and sent a detailed walk around video and list of faults. I had to wait to hear if warranty would cover the issues, which they wouldn't. Soon as I told them I couldn't get it covered under warranty and id be paying they got the work done the following day (they had to order a part)! Picked the car up at lunch time and it had been washed and valeted! Proper friendly staff and definitely using them for any future car issues!

Helpful, attentive staff, job carried out well. No complaints
