Volcom Arvostelua 

I ordered a large order for their black friday sale, I understand that they are busy and probably had tons of orders coming in but I had placed my order November 24th and it still has not shipped. I tried to get into contact with volcom but it is a ghost town. Hope they can reach out and fix it soon!

AWFUL customer service. I purchased an item for £75 in another country whilst on holiday. The item became damaged on the first wash so I contacted customer service sending proof of purchase and photo evidence of the item, to be told they couldn’t do anything as I needed to return it to the store I bought it at (I live in the UK and made the purchase in the USA). After some back and forth they sent me a voucher code for £25.06. I explained this was disappointing to be told they would not be assisting me any further. Dismissive, rude and unhelpful. For an international company I expected better. Another negative review to add to this company’s growing list. I now have a pretty useless voucher for a company who appears to make poor quality items that they sell at inflated prices

Ich war mit den Artikeln aus meiner Bestellung einfach nicht zufrieden, da die Qualität überhaupt nicht meinen Erwartungen entsprach. Dass der Rückversand erst ab 60€ Einkaufswert übernommen wird, hatte ich selbstverständlich gelesen, aber nicht, dass der Rückversand nach Frankreich geht. Ich hab mein Päckchen (leider) unversichert versendet, da dies schon 10,99€ an Versandkosten betrug und erfahrungsgemäß bei mir noch die ein Päckchen abhanden gekommen ist. Naja, in diesem Fall komischerweise schon. Kundenservice zwar zu erreichen, aber nicht sehr entgegenkommend. Hab jetzt mehr als 65€ in den Sand gesetzt und daraus gelernt nie wieder bei Volcom zu bestellen.

I was a loyal Volcom customer for many years until recently, let me explain.
I am tall 6' 3", and Large has been my go-to size. I could order online knowing that whatever came in the mail would fit perfectly.
I recently purchased this D.I. Fleece pullover and a V-science Fleece pullover and found that they have changed their sizing, the fleece no longer goes past my hips and doesn't offer much protection for my kidneys and lower back.
As I don't enjoy gusts of wind or snow blasting my lower abdomen I wanted to voice my concerns.
Please please please Volcom maintain practicality over fashion and catering to the younger crowd. (it is possible to have both)

Horrible customer service! I placed an order on October 10 that included a shirt for my sons picture day that is the 24th. After no shipment notice I email them on the 19th to cancel my order since it’s obviously not going to be here on time. I get this response from their customer service “ I have requested our team to edit order # S1796761, however the order has already been processed for shipment and is unable to be cancelled/adjusted. I apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you and a shipping confirmation will be emailed to you once FedEx has created a definitive ETA for delivery.” HOW CONVENIENT!

En el 2020 me compré una chaqueta para esquiar. Debido a las restricciones solo he podido hacer uso de ella en dos temporadas, un máximo de 12 días, ni eso. Se ha descosido el primer dia, tiene rozaduras por todos lados, como si llevara usándola 10 años. Ni volcom.com se hace responsable de la mala calidad de su producto, ni la plataforma donde la compré, llevo todo el año reclamando y ahora resulta que se le ha agotado la garantía. Sin tener en cuenta que es una chaqueta de esquí y que solo se usa en temporada, además de las restricciones. No recomiendo hacer pruebas con esta marca, la decepción es mayúscula, me encantaba el diseño pero la calidad pésima.

I feel bad for the people who had a bad experience with volcom.. but to be honest.. i orderd many times on their website and everything is quick, excellent quality and always spot on. I have to tell you. My order( i’m from belgium, took 2-3 days to deliver) with great communication from the delivery company and feedback from volcom. The quality is similar to burton if i may say maybe even on the better hand. Depends on which article and preference.. but volcom is awesome and doesn’t deserve 1,5 stars. It deserves 5 imo! Keep up the good work i’m stoked with my new gear!

Never again. Retourenkosten 14 EUR UND noch den urspr. Versand von 4 EUR. Ewig lange Lieferung > 3 Wochen. Versandkosten und Retouren haben den Artikelpreis überstiegen.

Ich habe bei Volcom guten Gewissens eine Hose bestellt. Am 11.07 bestellt und wie angegeben nach 1-3 Tagen erwartet. Da die Lieferung 15.07 noch nicht bei mir war, habe ich meinen Bestellstatus online eingesehen und siehe da:

Daraufhin den Kundenservice angeschrieben, was denn mit meiner Bestellung ist.
Wie von magischer Hand wurde die Bestellung plötzlich abgeschickt, ein paar Stunden danach eine Rückmeldung vom Support auf französich.
In dieser steht sinngemäß: Was redest du? Bestellung ist doch verschickt, schau doch: Trackingnummer

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order for some shorts and weeks later still don’t have a shipping number. I get the same canned response from customer service blaming Covid. If Amazon can get you an order same day the least Volcom could do is ship it within a week. Terrible

I ordered a jacket online. It was too big so went through the proper steps to return it. MONTHS later I am still waiting on a refund. They are not responding to my emails and I can’t reach anyone on the phone. I am out $150 and will never order from Volcom again.

I was extremely excited about a Volcom jacket for the 2022 ski season after purchasing it at my local Backcountry store. I've worn and loved Columbia, Burton, Spider, etc. for years and thought I'd give Volcom a "go". What a mistake that was giving this jacket as well as the Volcom brand a "go". After wearing the jacket just about 10 times, it started to pill and fade all on the front sides of the jacket. If I could attach a picture here to show the unsightly extent of the pilling, I would. The pilling on the jacket has resulted in it being unwearable from this point forward. After just 10 times wearing it, how does that happen Volcom?? It doesn't help that Volcom is now telling me they can't do anything in regard to a return or exchange because pilling/fading isn't covered in their warranty policy. With both the poor quality and the poor customer service, take my advice and spend your money and time elsewhere!

Horrible horrible company

I ordered a few items to try and because the advertised FREE RETURNS with no exclusions or fine print. When I kept most items but wanted to return two items that didn't fit the website flagged them as not eligible for return. I tried to contacted them via contact form, chat, ticket system and phone - they did not respond to my request at all. The hotline defaults to a voicemail. The contact form requests go unanswered. The chat is never online. This feels like a scam. I feel like they don't care about their customers at all.

Retoure nach Frankreich kostet 14 Euro. Sorry aber wenn es bei der Bestellung auf einer deutschen Seite nicht deutlich gekennzeichnet wird, dass die Rücksendung auf eigene Kosten ins Ausland geht, dann ist es Täuschung und soll angezeigt werden. So machen sie wohl ihre Umsätze.

Purchased items online but was shipped someone else’s order. The company expects me to do all of the administration to return their mistake, incur costs before they will send me my items. All their mistake, but I have to fix it. More worryingly as part of this process they have suggested I use an incorrect invoice on the customs declaration!!!! I’m now just trying to get a refund…..I fully expect this to be as difficult as the actual purchase & delivery.

Einfach nur unglaublich…! Noch nie in meinem leben habe ich so einen schlechten Kundeservice gesehen. Ich habe einen Artikel bestellt welche mir Rückerstattet wurde, da er nicht mehr vorrätig war. Ich ging aus das mein Geld direkt zurück überwiesen wird, da der Artikel das Haus Volcom ja nie verlassen hat. Aber NEIN, ich warte seit 3 Wochen vergeblich auf mein Geld.
Telefonisch und über E-Mail ist keiner zu erreichen, was einfach nur traurig für so ein großen shop ist! Und wenn man eine Rückmeldung bekommt ist diese von einem Bot der mir schon seit 3 Wochen sagt, dass mein Geld unterwegs ist.
Wenn man weniger als 1 Stern geben könnte würde ich dies definitiv tun!

Es ist unglaublich?!?!?! Habe in über 21 Jahren Online-Shopping noch NIE soooo einen „Leck mich am A….-Kundenservice erlebt, wie bei Volcom Shop!!!!

Der Kundenservice antwortet nicht auf eMails, Retoure muss man Monate lang hinterher Laufen und den Retoure-Prozess selber in die Hand nehmen.

Grade mit dem Anwalt dran,da zwei Retouren nicht zurücküberwiesen wurden und KEIN SCHWEIN sich seid !!!MONATEN!!! meldet

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!!!! I paid an extra $20 at checkout to get my order on-time for my snowboard trip (2 days). Once payment was made, the confirmation automatically said it would be here in over a week (grrrr!!)! They knew it was impossible for it to be delivered in 2 days, IT IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! Finally it took 9 days to get my purchase. Service is THE worst I’ve ever seen!

Keine Antwort auf Mails bei miserabler Qualität. Rucksack nach 2 Tagen kaputt
