Il servizio clienti non risponde ed io ho speso 90 euro per ricevere una sciarpa dimmerda che non è quello per cui ho pagato. È un brand che amo ma non comprerò mai più nulla da loro.

I placed an order with standard shipping (5-7 business days), but the delivery service and communication have been non-existent. There's zero shipping information available on their website. I received no communication about my order progress until I reached out first. After reaching out, I learned that Volcom only STARTED to ship my order 6 business days after the order was placed. Now FedEx is estimating that my order will arrive 3 days late. I'll update this review if Volcom can expedite my order (or at least let me cancel it). Otherwise, I won't be giving them a second chance.

Bought 3 pair of jeans. None lasted more than a year

Not only does this company have sick gear, they've got great customer service. Every time I've called with questions or concerns, they've been incredibly helpful, especially as I get closer to my first snowboarding trip. If they keep this up, they've got a customer for life.

I have had this happen multiple times and finally decided to write a review. I get emails often from volcom with advertisements. I bought a 2 piece swimsuit, a top and a hat on a Friday. Monday I get another email with a larger discount offered. It irritated me but no big deal I can live with it. At this point I still didn’t have a confirmation my order shipped. Of course again I think no big deal. Well… next day another email with an additional 5% off because it was s holiday. Ugh when will my items ship?? After 10 days I send emails asking when will my item ship? My response is the standard “alllow 21 days” or some blanket reply. Now I start calling asking and get I apologize it will be shipped soon. 2 weeks after I ordered the items I get an email the bottoms to the swimsuit I ordered are sold out! Well of course they are! You took orders for days after I placed MY order! When I asked to cancel the top I was told would need to cancel the entire order and start over. What the heck! They can take off what they want but I can’t! I didn’t need the swimsuit top if you didn’t send me the bottoms. Ugh… I then had to start calling around to all the volcom stores to try to find the matching bathing suit bottoms. I eventually found a manager of a store, and was kind enough to call around and found me some but I had to drive an hour each way to get these. They weren’t allowed to ship anything ! no I didn’t need to do it but I really liked the swimsuit.
About six weeks later, I get another email showing another swimsuit that I wanted. They only had the top which they showed they had plenty of. There was no red exclamation mark next to my size that shows they are low in stock. I buy it after I had found the matching bottoms elsewhere so now I bought the matching bottoms and I bought the top from volcom. Again the same thing starts happening where I keep getting emails of the sale and then a little bit later. I get another email that it’s been marked down again, now weeks have gone by and I still don’t have a confirmation that the item has shipped I start sending emails stating how frustrated I’m going to be if I have bought the bottoms elsewhere and they don’t send me the top because they over, sell it by continuing to advertise the sale before they put my order. They assured me that this is not going to happen two weeks goes by. I still don’t have the confirmation it’s shipped so I called I continue to call and ask for a supervisor. I get Chris who tells me that he is going to send an email to the warehouse and have them ship it out to be overnight. He apologizes immensely and says he will even refund my money. I explained I don’t need to refund my money. I just need him to ship the item and that I’m highly concerned that they’re going to sell out of it and I’m going to end up with a pair of bottoms that I don’t need if they can’t send me the top I bought. He assures me that no he’s going to have it FedExd to me. I’ll have it the next day the next day I don’t get anything. I call back and he apologizes and says he is going to take care of it, he is going to call the warehouse directly and have the top overnighted to me. Again, I don’t receive anything but I do have a receive an email telling me that unfortunately the top is sold out and I no longer I’m going to have it sent to me!! Mind you I already received a matching bottoms that I bought from another company. I have now spent $25 on a pair of bottoms that I never will get the top from welcome. I spent hours on the phone trying to find a company that has the top and nobody has it. I left numerous messages and sent numerous emails asking for a supervisor to call me, I did this for over a month. Finally I called and demanded to speak to a supervisor. I got Derek who claims he’s been there since 2003. He was absolutely terrible All he did was make excuses after excuses and offered me a 50% discount code really how about reimbursing me for the bottoms that I bought? Once again, I decide I’m going to place an order for a top that they sent me an email about I ordered December 29 and I’m told on their website that they are closed for a week so it to expect a delay I had it sent to my house in Hawaii , which I was going to be out until February 8. I knew I’d be able to wear the top while I was here, it took them a while to ship it out which I understood because they were closed but once I got the updated shipping I’m now not going to have it until February 9. That is six weeks to send a size small tank top to Hawaii again I sent several emails all which go on answered so I called again I get Derek again. He told me that this is standard shipping to Hawaii on FedEx. Smart post.Well guess what Derek STOP USING SMARTPOST! How about USPS which takes max 5 days!!
Seriously I am done with volcom online. They are absolutely the worst. I ordered from quicksilver and Roxy and had them both within 7 days of ordering and it was free shipping too.

Qualité de l'article parfaite reçu dans les temps rien à redire. Colis renvoyé car trop grand mais je vais recommander une taille en dessous. Je suis tombée sur une dame agréable au téléphone et le Chabot pour plus de renseignements est humain et comprends bien ce qu'on lui demande du coup.

This company has always been amazing quality and customer service for years, people are complaining about orders not arriving fast enough but that is on the shipping companies. Recently changed all my work gear to Volcom's new workwear collection and I am very pleased with the quality compared to overrated brands such as Carhartt. Snowboarding apparel, nothing better.

Don’t buy anything here.. the company is clearly a joke and disaster now. Same as everyone else.. bought black Fri 11/25 and here we are 24 days later and still nothing. Multiple calls, emails, and finally got a bs general email after involving the BBB (I fwd my bs response they gave me to the BBB also). I’m starting to really think it’s a scam that they’re going to collect our money and BK on us or something. Clearly they have no issue or concern about fulfilling customer orders and getting them the product they purchased. What the hell happened to this company? Sad and I don’t care to support them anymore.

Ordered on BlackFriday. Order still not filled. Tried calling customer service, straight to voice mail. Email daily with no response or follow up. I disputed order to CC company at this point this is fraud. Random email received on 12/17 entire order cancelled by Volcom

If I could give zero stars I would. Placed an order 6 weeks before Christmas plenty of time to get here! And here we are one week before and order still shows unfulfilled! I’ve tried calling at least a dozen times to customer service and 1/2 a dozen to headquarters in CA not to mention the numerous emails and nothing! I even contacted them through social media… someone replied said they’d look into it and now have ghosted me. A $800 order (before my “loyalty” discount) by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with!

RIDICULOUS! Been trying to reach someone about my order for two weeks now and they won’t answer phones or emails. I can’t believe this is a real company.

I have had the same experience as all the recent reviews. Three weeks post order - no emails, no answer through customer service, no package. Guess I’m going to dispute the charge and call it a loss and order from somewhere else. Sad I wasted my time. I’ve ordered from there within the last year with no issues but obviously they don’t complete orders anymore….

I ordered for friends and family around 11/15 and spent almost $300 on all my family’s Christmas gifts… have yet to receive ONE ITEM. I’ve called and called and goes straight to automated voicemail. I’ve emailed about 7 different times and not one person has responded besides the 1st time. Im starting to think this company is a scam. Im going to dispute with my cc. Honestly never experienced this before. DO NOT order for them online. Do yourself a favor and headache.

I had placed some online orders on 11/18, today is 12/15 and still have yet to receive any of them. The automated excuse that Volcom provides through their website notes that delivery delays is due to the increase volume of online orders. This excuse does not absolve for having such long delivery times when huge businesses like Amazon that I'm sure has 100x the volume that Volcom has to accommodate and yet they hold up exceptional delivery time standards. Another issue, is there customer service. It's poor and for the most part nonexistent. The emails i've sent only gets kicked back with an automated response and to call customer service is even worse. I've tried to call for the past two weeks and the number goes straight to an automated message. This experience has left a bad taste and view of Volcom. Customers beware if you are buying product online. Expect long delivery times or possibly no delivery at all.

I bought an Ikon pass for first time this year and have to travel far to use it...so when will my package and if ever will it be sitting on my porch for how long?

Was trying to be nice/patient but this is not the Volcom I grew up with.

I put in a 200 order on November 23. Plenty of time for my Sons 18th Birthday. Package never arrived. They never sent a delivery confirmation number. They don’t answer emails or phones. They care nothing about their customers except taking their money with 3 to 7 days promise of delivery. They ruined my kids 18!th birthday and after wearing Volcum 25 years. I won’t ever spend money on them again.

If no response by Monday, I am disputing my charge. I am honestly thinking they are scamming people. I even called their HQ and went to voicemail as well. I’ve never had such an awful experience with online ordering.

Two weeks later and still hasn't shipped!
Customer service is automated responses... Hire some more people or put a discloser that shipping is 3-5 days but we have NO idea when it will ship!! What a joke
