Volcom Arvostelua 

Ich habe einen Hoodie reklamiert, da er nach dem Waschen eingegangen ist. Er war einfach zu eng, sodass er nicht mehr tragbar war. Größe (M). Nach über 2 Wochen nach Rücksendung die Nachricht bekommen:

Nachdem Ihre Reklamation geprüft wurde, müssen wir Ihnen leider mitteilen, dass der Artikel nicht defekt ist. Nach Vergleich mit einem anderen, neuwertigen Produkt der gleichen Grösse konnte kein Grössenunterschied festgestellt werden.

Leider können wir Ihre Anfrage daher nicht positiv beantworten und werden Ihr Sweatshirt an Sie zurücksenden.

Somit wird mir unterstellt, dass ich nicht die Wahrheit sage und der Pulli nicht eingegangen ist. Somit steht Aussage gegen Aussage! Komischerweise hab ich mir das gleiche Modell in L besorgt, das wiederum auch eingegangen ist und am Ende aber genau passt.

Kundenservice unter aller Kanone! Danke für nichts.

È stata prima e ultima esperienza con Volcom . Esperienza negativa. Jeans che avevo ordinato è molto bello da vedere però la prima cosa che mi non piaciuta è il tessuto. Sta scritto 98,% di cotone e 2% di elastan. In realtà è più elasticizzato che dovrebbe essere. La seconda cosa: una gamba è cuscuta in modo storto. E terza cosa il jeans hanno un cattivo odore di una sostanza chimica molto forte che non è andata via completamente dopo lavaggio. Sono rimasta molto scontenta.

I ordered a cap, why is it there word indicate "Not Shipped" is that a pending one? And it's already paid online!

I ordered a pair of snowboarding gloves, the delivery was quick and they were as they look in the pictures. It's a great product, when I tried on the slopes my hands were warm and dry the whole time.

Hice un pedido de un polar en la talla XL y me ha llegado una talla S, no quieren hacerse cargo de los gastos de devolución, ni tampoco de los del envío. No os recomiendo comprar tienen muy mala atención, además de no tener mi pedido correcto me hacen responsable de todos los gastos de su error.

Ayer por la tarde acudí a la tienda Volcom de Viladecans, Barcelona. Hice una compra por el valor de 215,60€ y mientras la chica la cual se llamaba Fiorella estaba cobrando le pregunté el precio de un gorro, me dijo que se lo diera para pasarlo por caja y averiguar el precio, me dijo que era de 16€, después, lo cogí yo mismo, le dije que no me interesaba y lo VOLVÍ A COLGAR EN SU RESPECTIVO LUGAR, pero FIORELLA no quitó el producto de mi factura. Al llegar a casa me doy cuenta de que me ha cobrado un producto que NO ME LLEVÉ y viéndome ella como lo dejaba en su lugar! Hoy por la mañana llamé a Volcom de Viladecans y la encargada de tienda me dice que lo iban a revisar, me llama más tarde y me dice que NO SOBRA NINGÚN GORRO PONIENDO EN DUDA MI QUEJA!!! Y ENCIMA NO QUIEREN REVISAR LAS CAMARAS!!! Gasté 215 euros, no me iba de pagar unos euros más por un gorro, pero el tema es que no me llevé ese producto, me lo cobraron y ahora no me quieren devolver el dinero!! EXIJO UNA SOLUCIÓN INMEDIATA, NO QUIERO PERDER MÁS TIEMPO CON ESTE PROBLEMA Y UNA COMPENSACIÓN POR TODO LO QUE ME ESTÁ OCASIONANDO. QUIERO QUE SE LE ABRA UN EXPEDIENTE A LA ENCARGADA DE VOLCOM VILADECANS PORQUE ME HA FALTADO EL RESPETO Y NO ME HA QUERIDO DECIR SU NOMBRE NI PASAR UN JEFE SUPERIOR, ASI COMO TAMBIÉN A LA EMPLEADA LA CUAL ME LO HIZO A PROPÓSITO PORQUE ELLA MISMA VIO COMO DEJABA EL PRODUCTO. Experiência péssima ,.pela 2* vez de compra pela internet, por site da loja volcon Brasil...falta de compretimento da marca, e da logística, mal atendimento online sem nenhuma previsão, nenhum suporte ao cliente... As 2x vezes as compras avista no pix acima de $200/300 deu ruim... Isso que não estamos em festas p de fim de ano e tal, e a demora pra entregar os produtos no endereço indicado por oiline do site da volcon Brasil...muito insatisfeito, chateado, decepcionado , frustado e ignorado c atendimento em geral com cliente em si....não compro mais pela site da volcon Brasil.....precisam mudar a política com os clientes da marca e não desejo isso pra nenhum cliente da volcon Brasil ...

I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered...

A friend of mine loves the Volcom brand, I thought I'd buy him a nice Christmas present, right now I wish i'd just punched myself in the crotch instead, he'd have found it funny and it would have been a better experience for me too.

Originally I placed and order for a hoodie, it was cancelled due to no stock. I received a small discount voucher for my inconvenience so thought anyone can make a mistake and went to make another choice. I then chose a different hoodie, and also a cheeky beanie for my bud paid for (in part) by the nice discount.

I would have been better off licking a car battery.

Second order placed, paid, then shock horror cancelled - and this time I was told the refund would be for the hoodie - less my discount! So I have lost my discount, and my hoodie and right now I have zero refunds showing on my account.

I called customer service, and was told that they have dispatched the beanie so I will have to wait for that to be resolved before they can give me my money back!!!!

This is not customer service - right now it feels a little like robbery.

If I haven't had the refund in the next few days I am going to have to start the process of raising a dispute with my bank - which is as much fun as stubbing my toe. All the while I am out of pocket and my buddy doesnt have a christmas present.

If you have got this far reading this review. Save yourself a load of trouble - dont order from Volcom. My experience tells me you would be better off giving yourself a paper cut between your toes.

Avoid.

If I could give them less than one star I would.

Keine Email Trackingnummer etc. nach Bestellung erhalten. Kann den Status der Bestellung nicht einsehen/nachvollziehen. Bestellung erfolgte vor 2 Wochen. Bis heute keine Lieferung.

Placed an order for a pair of pants and they arrived pretty quickly. The pants had manufacturing defect where the pocket was not properly stitched (was going open up) and I reached out to the company with pictures of the defect. I advised them that I’d be willing to keep if they sent something about equal in retail price to the amount I’d pay repairing their product. They advised they’d give me 15% off my next regular priced purchase (FYI…last Black Friday they did 25% off as just a regular sale). I said that would not work…and I’d like to return. They are looking to charge a $7 restocking fee…but the product was effectively not what I ordered.

Very good quality t shirts. Snowboarding gear is top notch too.

Sent a return over two months ago. Still no refund and won't reply on email.
Why arnt they refunding me?
Wished had kept the items as now I'm £50 down with nothing to show for it.
Don't buy from them.
Appalling customer service.

They don't send the return documents so once you buy their stuff you're stuck with it.

Purchased a pair of jeans that were a comfortable fit (ie not tight). After only 9 months of normal wear, they ripped along the seam of the back pocket. Certainly such poor quality is not something I'd expect from a company like Volcom. Chat was not helpful either - just quoting Company policy at me
Update 28/7 - Volcom got back to me saying they’d reviewed their decision and they sent me a replacement pair of jeans! Well done!

Ich würde hier aber nur wieder bestellen, wenn ich mir zu 100% sicher bin die Sachen zu behalten.
Habe mir 2 Shirts in 2 Größen zur Auswahl bestellt. Das eine hätte ich gerne zurück geschickt. Die Rücksendung (nach Frankreich!!) auf meine Kosten beträgt bei der deutschen Post versichert 15€. Das ist fast der Wert des Shirts....
Damit muss ich es wohl behalten und es als Lehrgeld betrachten dort nicht mehr unter 60€ zu bestellen oder besser gar nicht.

I ordered 2 pairs of jeans from their website, both pairs being size 30x30. One of the pairs they sent was size 28x30 and don't fit at all. I emailed their customer service and they said they would process and exchange. Here's the problem with that, I suffer from severe anxiety and agoraphobia and in order to go return the jeans to the post office not only would I have to pay for a taxi because I don't drive due to my mental health conditions but I would have to go through severe anxiety and panic attacks just to try and get to Canada Post. I explained this to them and asked if they could just give me a partial refund instead. It has taken them 4 days to finally reply and they didn't acknowledge a single thing that I said. All they did was send me an exchange confirmation and an email explaining how the exchange process works. NEVER buying anything Volcom ever again. Fkn joke of a company!

Ich kann mich den Rücksendungsproblemen nur anschließen. Geht gar nicht.

Purchased some snowboard trousers for my son in Canada on 21st January which cost 515CAD/£319. He barely wore them in Canada as he wore a uniform to teach snowboarding. He returned home, went on a week long holiday and the seam came apart. He had this fixed but he is now 2 days into a course in Europe and they have split again in a different place. Being within the 90 day warranty he contacted Volcom and was told it was general wear and tear! Will not buying anything from Volcom again.
