Vivid Doors Arvostelua

Easy transaction, very careful delivery, quality product, good price, look great, will be ordering more.

Great quality door, just what we expected and delivered on time. Thank you

Great product, Great Price and arrived exactly as promised. I wish that I had dealt with you sooner, on the start of my search for a skinny (35mm) Half hour Fire Door.
Well Done Vivid..!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Vivid Doors.

I ordered several white primed doors, but three of them arrived a noticeably different colour to the rest of the order. The difference was obvious enough that the delivery driver took photographs at the time of delivery.

When I contacted customer services, I was simply told that the doors are supplied as "white primed" and need painting before installation, so they refused to offer any reimbursement or replacement. In my opinion, this completely misses the point. Regardless of whether the doors require a final coat of paint, I expected all of the doors in the same order to have a consistent primer finish. Receiving doors in visibly different shades is not what I would expect from a quality supplier.

The response felt dismissive, with no real attempt to address the issue or acknowledge that the products were inconsistent. Customer service appeared more interested in quoting their policy than resolving a genuine complaint.

Based on my experience, I would be cautious about ordering from Vivid Doors. The product quality was inconsistent, and the after-sales service left me feeling that once they had my money, they had little interest in putting things right.

Quick delivery

Good door as described, straightforward order and delivery

The price is high, I found cheaper ( significant difference) after I had placed the the order and received date of delivery

Great experience. Easy ordering process and deliveries have been great. Doors are good quality too

The doors have not been installed yet but they appear very good quality and fit for purpose

Very quick delivery, ordered Monday received Thursday. Well packaged.
Very pleased with doors and hardware . Solid oak at very reasonable price.

2nd time purchasing similar item and again good product but no instructions means only 4

Good choices, easy order process and excellent delivery. Not opened the boxes yet, I will leave that to my fitter.

Not all door sizes catered for.

Delivery was as promised and tracking system excellent, can't comment on the doors as they're still in their packaging.

The whole buying experience was straightforward and communications were good.

Quick processing of the order, including one of the doors which said out of stock online.
Trying to contact the delivery company is challenging. Left a message at 0738 asking to call back but calls not accepted until after 0900, then number 45 in the queue. Tried later and number 17 in the queue, call cut-off at number 6. No response to emails.

doors were damaged upon delivery, very disappointing although I am sure this was down to the choice of delivery agent rather thanVivid doors themselves am waiting to see their response.

Great tracking and updates. My doors were secure in delivery van, carefully unloaded and put in my hallway. Doors received in pristine condition. Well pleased with delivery service by Josh.
