My second purchase from here.
Generally, it was a good experience. The only issue I had was the delivery period of 4/5 days which, is a little longer than most. Other than that, everything was fine.

From completing my order and delivery within three days and able to follow where my order was at all stages up to delivery and within the one hour delivery window.
Excellent service will definitely use VINVM again.

Poor quality wine and Service
Ordered some white wine. (Case of 12 ) Eventually arrived. When opening some bottles of wine it was definitely corked. Some bottles were OK but some definitely not. When the fifth bottle I opened was again corked I approached the company. By this time I had five bottles in total left. Response was that no other complains had been received about the batch and pointed to their “returns policy “ and that they could only refund on the bottles left so in essence I’m not being believed. Sent 5 bottles back and still having to chase for a refund. Very poor service and in my experience at least a very poor product.

I have sent a separate email to say DX said they had delivered but they haven't and I was in all day. Very frustrating as I wanted this bottle for a 70th birthday present on tuesday.
Realise the fault lies with DX but you are the seller

Happy husband
My husband had tried the Meiomi - Chardonnay while we were away on holiday and this became his favourite so I was pleasantly surprised to be able to buy in the UK. Ordered online which was very straightforward, delivered within a couple of days- very well packaged so no breakages! I have one happy husband .
