Compré a través de Amazon un perchero y al montarlo, falta un tornillo el G. Perchero para abrigos número de referencia RCR16BXV1. Les escribo y me dicen que no tienen repuesto. ES UN MUEBLE ACTUAL Y NO TIENEN REPUESTO???

We’ve got many Vasagle items and each one is excellent. Instructions are clear if read properly. Important to get organised before you start. Great stuff, better than IKEA.

I bought a bathroom storage cabinet. While assembling I noticed the letter K piece was not the one shown. I couldn’t continue. I have sent two messages to them asking for a replacement part so I could finish assembling it. No response to either so my cabinet sits, not even half put together! They say, quality Customer Service, I say, NO Customer Service at all! I will never ever purchase anything else from Vasagle and I would advise everyone else to not purchase anything from them!

They get 1 star for accurate tracking and delivery. That's where things go wrong. While assembling i realized I had 2 F frames/pieces. G was missing. I called the company and was advised that I could use the F piece for the G. Ok so I assembled.the book shelf. 2 hours of assembly and then realized that the second F holes do not line up correctly. Emailed the company requested a replacement part. The reply, no boxes of this product in the wear house so they "cannot " send a replacement piece. Checked, item listed currently for sale, not unavailable or back ordered. Advised to contact Amazon.com who I purchased from. So I contacted Amazon who informed me that they don't send replacement parts, and to disassemble the shelves, mail them back and wait for replacement item or refund.
Really. I mail ordered so the item would be delivered to my door. If I wanted to lift and haul it I would have gone.to Walmart, Hobby Lobby, Target or Huck Finn warehouse. After assembly I was unable to function for 24 hours (health issues).
I checked Amazon.com and no reviews. Checked Google and many bad reviews. Buyer BEWARE

I reached out by email because my hardware was missing from box with instructions! I even offered to pay for the replacement parts. They denied my request! I would never recommend !

I bought 2 cabinets from them through Temu. Only 1 showed up and they marked as the cabinets both being delivered. (FedEx picture proof and shipping details say otherwise, they only shipped one.) I'm now in the process of disputing it with Temu to get the second cabinet they didn't send. Looking through the comments, their workers inability to count higher then 1 seems to be a recurring issue.

alles gut, sehr gute Montageanleitung, Ersatzteile mitgeliefert, wertige Bearbeitung, passgenau, kleines Manko Schrauben zu Befestigung der Schienen (Schubladen) ein Tick zu klein (beim Verschrauben mit Akkuschrauber ist Vorsicht geboten) An sonsten für den preis absolut Top.

Un très joli rendu dans le couloir avec un montage très facile. Discret, avec de belles finitions. Reste à voir s'il tiendra correctement dans la durée.

Je ne regrette pas mon achat.

Bought item LNT118. The metal bracket was missing from board "A" and although the instructions said to contact them if anything was wrong, they provided no contact information.

J'ai acheté un coffre de rangement marron rustique. Il est très beau, de bonne qualité et les explications pour le montage sont très explicites, tout est fourni y compris le tournevis magnétique. Je recommande tout à fait les meubles Vasagle pour leur rapport qualité/prix. Je vais d'ailleurs passer une nouvelle commande d'un meuble de cuisine.

The bathroom cabinet was damaged but I can't get through to customer services it just doesn't exist. Avoid buying you could be stuck with damaged goods and out of pocket . Bought through Amazon which was no help either.

Die Möbel sehen sehr gut aus und lassen sich sehr gut, sogar allein , aufbauen. Die Beschreibung ist perfekt.Alles ist beschriftet und genau beschrieben.Jede Schraube sitzt sofort. Habe schon 3 Artikel von Vasagle gekauft und werde wieder da kaufen. Die Kontaktaufnahme zu Songmics ( dem Hersteller) ist problemlos.Ich hatte ein Problem, schrieb am Sonntag eine E-Mail und hatte am Montag eine Antwort und das Problem wurde sofort gelöst. Also man kann es wirklich empfehlen.

Compramos habitualmente y siempre cumplen con las expectativas. Tenemos unos 10 muebles de aquí y son sencillos de montar, la calidad es buena y están dispuestos a ayudar si surgen imprevistos.

Habe mittlerweile mehreres von Vasagle gekauft, also bisher immer wirklich sehr gute Qualität für echt faires Geld, außerdem ist die Aufbauanleitung bisher immer so gut gewesen und sogar das nötige Werkzeug dabei, das ich, obwohl nicht besonders begabt in der Richtung,alles alleine problemlos zusammen bauen konnte, Daumen hoch, in jedem Fall Kaufempfehlung !!!

I purchased 2x white cabinets, 1x bathroom and 1x bookshelf, for Mum as she moved into a Resthome, they were the perfect fit for a small area, easy to put together and extremely robust for the price. Everyone was impressed and now I’m hunting for my own pieces.
