That was unbelievable and mind blowing

At first I was hesitant to use these guys as I read a few bad reviews but as they gave me the best price over the phone I decided to see what they would say upon viewing, turned up on time didnt haggle me a penny money was straight in the bank, the driver was a pleasant lady named Leslie who thanked me and said you are the first out of 3 people to actually described the van properly without any hidden problems I think moral of the story is just be truthful and fair and in return you'll be treated the same. Will definitely be using in the future

Bought a van from Vandervan and had a very good experience. The process was smooth, staff were helpful, and everything was explained clearly. The van was exactly as described. Very happy with the purchase and would recommend them.

The great service

Please don't let yourself be scammed by these jokers. The process is not how they illustrate it on their website. They do not send a recovery truck, instead they send a mechanic who inspects every tiny detail of your van and then offers you a ridiculously low price. Avoid at all costs if you don't want your time completely wasted. I would have given them zero stars if Trust Pilot allowed this.

No new V5 filed by them as promised so getting loads of penalty notices.

Despite initial assurances they have done nothing to help.

Before transacting with them try contacting them, as suggested on their website, and ask them to confirm their full legal trading entity.

John Muldoon came over and checked over the van and gave us a fair price for the condition. paperwork and payment straight the way

Sold my van to Vandervan. Quick and easy process, money in my account the same day. Can't fault the service.

Cam came out and checked the van out, did get less than I was originally quoted due to eml but overall good experience. Cam is a really good lad and it all went smoothly

They never actually show up for collection. On Friday, we spoke, agreed on a price, and they told me the driver would come on Monday. But on Monday, one driver called saying his vehicle had broken down. The next day, another driver said he was on his way, then messaged that his tyre had punctured and he’d be late. When I asked him to just be honest if he wasn’t coming so I could go to work instead of waiting all day again, he replied, “I can assure you 100% that I am coming over today.” Now when I called the company to find out what’s going on, they said my first offer was 11K, but now they can only offer 6K. It feels like a deliberate trap — they quote a good price to hook you, don’t turn up for days, and then lower the offer hoping you’re desperate enough to accept the reduced amount.

3 times agreed times to collect but no shows. No phone calls messages nothing. I ring and get excuses. Terrible service seems to be scammers

John for Vandervan came round to me to assess a mini bus that we have.
He was very polite and a true gentleman throughout the assessment.
The starter motor isn't working on the bus as it has been sitting for a while but he has arranged for it to be picked up within a couple of days. A great service and I would highly recommend Vandervan.

Same process to Motorway offer good price over the phone then try and knock you down as low as possible, they would be better to be honest from the phone call with the price instead of wasting busy peoples time!

Fast and responsive. We had a company vehicle that needed removing from a very busy garage who were going to charge £20 a day for the space the vehicle was taking up. We called on the Monday, Vandervan arrived on the Tuesday. Very fast, great communication and very professional.
