I have serious concerns regarding the authenticity of these reviews and the conduct of this company.

WeBuyVans.co.uk supplied documentation claiming payment had been made, yet no payment has been received. Despite this, the vehicle was collected and has since been sold on.

Attempts to contact the company have been unsuccessful: the general email bounces back, the listed phone number is not recognised, and emails and text messages have gone unanswered.

Absolutely diabolical behaviour from not only the owner of the business but also the staff! I would be very wary of this business if you want certain questions asked and want the honest truth they will not want to sell tp you dishonest and rude! No manors on customer service at all. Most of their reviews I hear are paid reviews beware everyone!!

had a really poor experience with We Buy Vans and would strongly advise others to be cautious.

I agreed a price upfront and was completely honest about the van’s condition. The whole process was made to sound simple — quick inspection, load it up, job done. That couldn’t have been further from the truth.

An inspector turned up at the agreed time and immediately started picking at things that weren’t even issues — for example claiming he couldn’t open the bonnet (he absolutely could, and I showed him how). It was obvious he was looking for problems rather than assessing fairly.

After spending over two hours going over the van, he then suddenly “found” a major issue — suggesting a possible cylinder head gasket problem — and used that to knock the price down massively.

Yes, I accepted in the end because I needed the van gone and had no storage, but the whole experience felt dishonest and pressured.

If you’re expecting a straightforward, fair transaction — think again. I wouldn’t go near this company
