We moved a couple times during the year and Eric at support was always there for us, getting the address changed and making sure the boxes kept on rolling in.
They always got back to us within 1 business day from the time of initial contact.
First-rate experience from front to back. Plus the boxes were a lot of fun and full of yummy treats for us!

Absolutely terrible customer service!
Beyond the terrible customer service and shady business practices, the products aren't great either. It's a lot of money for a few samples of tortilla chips, caffeinated mints (?!), 5 Hour Energy shots and pretzels. Avoid this company at all costs.

Update- Eventually they did offer to allow me out of the full subscription. Here is the process I went through to get there:
1. I was automatically subscribed in a 6 month contract that I did not agree to.
2. I asked them to cancel the subscription and they said it was against their policy. I let it go.
3. My Urthbox arrived and I was really unhappy with the products and feeling upset that I was forced to pay for something that I didn't want and wasn't high quality. I reached out to them to let them know I wasn't happy with what I received and would like something done about it.
4. They said they could allow me out of my subscription 3 months early. I would still have to pay for the box I was unhappy with as well as 2 additional boxes. This amounted to $92 worth of snacks I didn't want and wasn't happy with.
5. I was shocked that this was offered as a "fix" to my issue as it didn't fix my issue and seemed very unfair to make me sill pay for 3 boxes I didn't want and wasn't happy with. I emailed to confirm I was understanding what they were offering, because it didn't seem fair.
6. They responded that yes, this is what they were offering.
7. I let them know this wasn't an acceptable remedy to this situation. I also wrote a review on this website.
8. They responded to me offering to let me out of the subscription. They asked me to update the review.

In the end we did finally get to a place I'm happy with, but it took a long time and took a lot of effort. This company only provided a satisfactory outcome after many emails and attempts and a review on a public website. lt's still not a company I would recommend if you like to support companies who value their customers through good customer service, but I'm happy I finally was allowed to leave the subscription I never wanted in the first place.

I have gotten one box so far, and it was great!! The hard part is NOT eating everything since I am on a low carb diet after the holidays. However, the chips I got were the best corn chips I have ever had out of a bag. I plan on ordering more of those as soon as I finish this diet! This was one of the most thoughtful gifts. I developed a gluten allergy about 2 years ago, and finding gluten free snacks that also taste good can be a struggle!

Update: I got my second box, and I could not be more pleased! I keep getting stuff I have never heard of! I am looking forward to these boxes now!

Urthbox has given me a chance to try new products that I otherwise might not have tried. There’s a good amount of items, great variety of food and beverages and is a fun delivery. They also include coupon codes for some of the goodies, so you can get more of the stuff you love. The customer service is excellent- they are super responsive and helpful.

Awful Customer Service!!!

I have been trying for Days and days to resolve a problem I have with a purchase from Urth. I have been given wrong advice when they eventually decided to reply. They just don’t care!

Very quick service, under 2 hours response time!

Address error delayed a few of the early box shipments. Once the box made it to me, I was absolutely delighted with the options. Eric on the customer service and it was a ton of help and getting it corrected updated, and getting new shipments out to me. Absolutely love the products and the experience!

When I placed my order, I entered the incorrect last name for the recipient of the order. I emailed CS they responded timely, corrected my error on the shipping details and were polite in their response.

Overall to date I have had a good experience.

It was for a gift so u can't say much about the contents of the box. I can firmly say the customer service was top shelf though! I had an issue and reached out to customer service and they resolved everything by the first reply.

Eric was very responsive and courteous to my request! Thank you!

I love sending occasional Urthboxes to my daughter in college. They are great for exam week!
They are quick to get back to you to solve any issues you have.

I hope the product is good because I ordered 3 subscriptions. The customer service is subpar. It took over 20 emails to get an address change on one order. Several calls into customer service, no call back. The ordering process should require you to check the box for shipping address same as billing address. It defaults to being the same. You get lots of rewards, how do you use them? Waiting to start the email chain on that. Would love to get a call back to discuss.

Update to order: I submitted cancellation and do not renew on 4 orders yesterday. You have to do this otherwise they will auto-renew. One came back that it was accepted. The other two put in new orders and charges to my credit card. Responded back that these charges were not authorized and requested they be reversed. The saga continues...

2/5/22 update. Credit for incorrectly charging account for 2 packages just confirmed.

Wonderful customer service. I asked for a tracking link and Eric followed up with me a few days later and sent me a link. I really appreciate the follow through and communication. Wonderful company, amazing staff, & outstanding customer service!

I love UrthBox! This was gift that I ordered for my niece who is trying to eat better and lose some weight. We did the quarterly installment and it worked exceptionally well. She absolutely LOVED all the snacks that she got. We look forward to restarting in the new year.
The customer service team was fantastic answering all my questions and providing updates on deliveries when I requested them.

Great customer service! I entered the shipping address incorrectly, and Eric quickly fixed it for me.

I've had wonderful customer service from the Urthbox team, especially Eric. They respond quickly to my requests or inquiries and are super friendly and helpful. I asked to switch box types mid-subscription and i received an answer within 24hrs and it was taken care of with a friendly reply. I love my first box I've received so far and I'm looking forward to trying the new box type next month. Totally recommend Urthbox!

I LOVE UrthBox. As a monthly subscription it's been a wonderful way to learn about new snacks that are out there. I was initially gifted a subscription for my birthday in 2018 and I became a subscriber as soon as that ran out!

From time to time I have a concern or question and their customer service has been top-notch. I've communicated with Eric and have zero complaints. Incredibly prompt, very clear with communication, and a great tone. Thank you Eric for all of your help!
