Ubisoft Arvostelua 

I have bought for Honor on like 3 separate occasions. I rebought it most recently on steam as it was on a huge sale and I'd like to have my hours on steam. Tried to log in and its now saying the account doesn't have access to the game, my other account does though. but I literally bought it on the account a few weeks ago and have been playing on that same account a few days ago. I want one account to play on specifically as it has all my old progress, I used the other account as a fresh start as at the time For Honor had no cross progression. I have contacted support but expecting to wait weeks to actually have my issuer resolved as my past experiences have been terrible. Absolutely atrocious launcher and so frustrating having to use it, I truly hope they get rid of it. Nobody likes it, unironically never heard a good thing about it.

Bought a pc game. Need ubisoft connect to download it, got luck making that work on Linux.

Just let me download it and use steam for example.

Wouldn't allow games to be played. The software won't uninstall (I went through everything, files, background apps running, the whole 9 yards). It's the biggest killer of trying to play games now. I actually don't want to play these games anymore after spending 10+ hours trying to play a game I looked forward to for 6 months.

absolutely horrible company. they are a gaming company but cant keep their connect app connected.... wow. im about to get a refund and never touch ubisoft again

Keep disconnecting for no reason after 3 to 5 min of gaming.
Also when you want to make a claim on the Ubisoft Support, surprisingly you cannot do anything when you click the tab "Troubleshooting" then "technical Issues" you cannot type any text, upload any files. Just can't contact them...
If you contact the customer service they will just tell you they can't do anything, go find a solution on discord then close the case.
Which you can translate to "f*** off, find the problem yourself"

Very very disappointing and unprofessional.

I think it is incredibly stupid as well as unreasonable that I cannot access DLC that I have paid a decent amount of money for, in New Game + in Avatar Frontiers of Pandora. What a dumb decision. Other game studios can make it work, but not Ubisoft?

Also, there are so many bugs and graphic errors now the game is verging on unplayable.

Everything wrong with gaming and gaming industry combined in one firm - what a bad place and completely boring games

If you make your own launcher (Ubisoft play connect or whatever it is called) at least try to make it good.

Ubisoft is by far the worst, bring out a game, make as much money as they can from it then leave it to go to trash, rainbow six siege for example, over run by cheats and hackers, multiple reports with video proof yet nothing is ever done, it has declined more and more every month and has become unplayable.

So it is not only that Ubisoft forces you to install their terrific launcher if you want to play their games at XBOX Gamepass, but half of the time it is not even working. Infinite loadings, crashes during the game for so called "connection issues" and then me not being able to run the game afterwards for hours. Well done Ubisoft, this is the last time I have paid you anything!

Es ist mir ein Rätsel, wie ein milliardenschweres Unternehmen wie Ubisoft es im Jahr 2025 nicht nur schafft, sondern es offenbar als notwendig erachtet, uns mit dieser softwaretechnischen Katastrophe namens Ubisoft Connect zu quälen. Diese Plattform ist kein Dienst; sie ist eine digitale Zumutung, ein ständiges Ärgernis und der Inbegriff einer völlig unnötigen Software-Barriere.

No support or help in customer service. Just sending automated emails. They do not care about the client´s problems with Ubisoft, even when you are paying for a service or premium.

Son una vergüenza. Me han bloqueado la cuenta "por hacer trampas"!!!!. Apenas se encender y apagar el ordenador y la consola, la cuenta la abrí para jugar con mi hijo. Juego como cualquier jugador, a veces gano, la mayoría pierdo, como cualquier jugador. No entro al chat, no uso el audio. Los avatares los he pagado con los puntos que me ha asignado ubisoft. He leído hasta la saciedad las reglas de la comunidad. No solo no he incumplido ni una, es que varias de ellas es imposible físicamente que las incumpla

The devs are not at fault but the people running the corporate side of ubi should be tried for treason. I hate these people so much they are so greedy that they ruin everything they come in contact with. People often say that capitalism is evil but don’t understand it. Ubisoft is the perfect example of that evil.

These people are buggin because my Ubisoft account got stolen and it only took 2 days just for Ubisoft you kick off the hacker

I bought game on Steam and they force me to download launcher? Why? If CDprojectRED can put Witcher and Cyberpunk on GOG and do not force me to download it or to log in there. Ubi do not care about you enjoying game after you buy it. You must give them your info to them and log in every single time when you want to play again and again.They do not care about customers at all and punish them for using anything but their useless barely working launcher.
