Money Scam, fake profiles, fake conversations, hard to cancel recurring billing and hard to remove profile

Charged £58 for service I did not sign up. Totalling misleading and a complete rip off. How they get it away with it I do not know

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SITE. WHAT A SCAM! I've tried other sites that there are at least real people on them. This site is 99.9% scammers

This website is an absolute scam. They charged me £23 that I did not agree to then refused to refund me despite me ringing them 5 minutes later. Plus all the men on there are old creepy blokes. I would give this scam zero stars if I could.

Dreadful site. Signed up for 3 days to see if it was suitable. At less than £3 thought it was worth a try. Got message only by people who were not "uniformed. They took £30 out of my account without authorisation. Tried to find how to cancel account on the site without success, after several emails they closed my account and refunded me £9. Don't risk it

I wish I had read these reviews before joining this site. The sites' usability is terrible - not a touch on the free sites that are out there. There is no facility to search people by distance, it's difficult to upload photos, and the site is CONSTANTLY trying to get more money from you. I was initially happy to pay for a membership (before I realised how dreadful the site was). After you sign up to the basic membership, it takes you to another page trying to sell you additional 'premium' features. I accidentally clicked continue on this page without realising that it meant I was paying for these 'benefits'. Immediately after I realised what had happened I emailed them to ask them to cancel this, and the response I got back was, in a nut shell, 'no - the website is clear' which it's not!!!!!! Shockingly bad site, steer clear!

I am an ex nurse and midwife and admire men within a services background. I was alarmed when signing up because you can only select one profession that I would be interested in when I was open to several of the services. I thought uniform dating meant: army, fire, police, navy, ambulance- that type of uniform. I was horrified when a security guard who I had seen on another sight was in there? It turns out anyone who wears a uniform count, so if you work in a supermarket, fast food worker and the likes, not what I imagined. Plus you have to pay to receive messages from someone they tell you who apparently wants to make contact? Having read other reviews regrettably I agree that this site is best left well alone.

THIS IS SCAM CHARGED ME £35 FOR LOOKING AND IT WAS A NIGHT MARE TO DELETE THE ACCOUNT!!!

Scammers do not join this site it is all fake with auto bots I was messaging a women friend sat next to me and site was replying for her avoid at all cost

Horrific scammers and liars. It's not a real site, just a way to fleece people's credit cards. Avoid it. Please!

I have dozens of bots contacting me, any real person falls off after a couple of days. I selected not to go past the "free" trial, but was signed up anyhow. Had to pull teeth trying to get the charges reversed.

I ended up reversing it with my bank.

I implore anyone reading this who is thinking about paying for the website - DONT DO IT.
Sadly I read reviews after my experience; which I hope will put more people off putting their cars details on this site.

I signed up for a 3 day trial at £8.38. I was charged this amount then a further £14.99 on top which I didnt authorise.
I called the number on the website, spoke to Georgia, who was very rude to me when I asked for the refund. I was literally shaking after our exchange, but she did eventually go through to the payment line and got the £14.99 refunded.
I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and she said she was in charge!! I'm sitting there in disbelief, asked her if she was training her staff to speak to customers the way she had spoke to me? And she hung up on me.

I had a month membership back in August and it was like pulling hens teeth to get them to not auto renew it. Now out of the blue I got charged for another month after all this time, and there is no American number to call. Now I have to get a new card because of these jerks so they don't suck any more money.

I was on the site for 3 days. Then they blocked me - stated I violated their security. RIDICULOUS! I barely chatted to anyone and, the few I did, I knew were scammers (asking to chat on another app). When I called the customer service number (New York AREA CODE)- THEY WERE LOCATED IN MALTA. RED FLAG! Warning, stay away! Leslie was very nice but, Georgia was very rude! Stated I would get a full refund of all charges.

Decided to upgrade. Paid almost £96 for 6 months, started messaging a guy when I lost connection. Can't login (email not recognised) can't set up new account (email already being used for existing account) customer services send standard replies to email enquiries, phone never answers, call back service doesn't call back. DO NOT part with any money under any circumstances. These are cowboys.

An absolute shambles of a company. Please steer clear. I upgraded to the 3 days pass then decided to cancel the repeated billing after 3 days (as I couldn't be bothered). Fair enough they didn't take any payments after the 3 days were up but I still thought I had the free membership (still enabling me to search check but not send messages etc). Went to log in to my account today and low and behold can't log in (saying my email is not recognised), so at this point I'm either thinking my account has been hacked or they have deleted my account. Can't get in touch with them for love nor money. So now I don't know what's going on and I'm worried as I had pictures on there . sent them an email and have had no acknowledgement from them . stay well clear

This site is like the pioneer of uniform dating. In general I would recommend it as there are almost no alternatives. I'd say only Uniform.Love has any chance of challenging it. It works quite good but has fewer members and may take a little longer until you find someone. So after all, even though the site has its issues, it is still one of the few options you can go for.

Really angry what a waste of £29.95, nothing works, loads of fakes and scammers. Thought by paying there would be more genuine people on the site. There's more genuine people on Tinder or Plenty of Fish and they are free. Now I need to unsubscribe but it's proving hard. I have messaged uniform dating a few time but have had no reply. Absolutely fuming 😡

Rip off. If you pay as a member and want to cancel, you can't get through to their customer service 'team'. I had to contact my bank and request refunds. More time wasted.
Oh and the site us crap. Search for specific ages and sent 10 years older profiles.
DONT DO IT!
