Ultramarathon Running Store Arvostelua

Fantastic service and delivery from ultramarathon running store! I’m so impressed as I couldn’t get my size hoka shoe in Australia and less than a week from ordering I’ve received them. Thank you!!

My trainers where dispatched on the Monday saying it would take 2-3 days delivery by Royal Mail. I paid the extra so the delivery would be quicker. It is now Saturday and I still haven’t received my item. I spoke with the sellers on the Friday and they told me that the Royal Mail where probably busier than usual and the item should be with me soon. I still haven’t received it and every time I send an email it gets returned to me saying mailer demon. I’m not happy. It’s now Saturday and I cannot get in touch with them. Ultra Marathon got back to me and promptly issued me a refund for the non delivery. So thanks very much to them for that. I would make sure that any order in the future you use a recorded delivery do the package can be tracked

First time had used this company, ordered Hoka running shoes. The shoes are fantastic, the customer service I received was outstanding. Would buy from them again

Good website, competitive prices and easy to place my order

What a pleasure to order from these guys !
I will be using this store to purchase whenever possible for kit.
Great communication , really fast delivery , great products and price.

Many thanks !

Great company to buy from. Quality products and efficient service!

Massively impressed, as always, with the level of help and support from the team at Utra Marathon Running Store. All set now for this weekend's run thanks to their prompt service.

I bought an Ultimate Direction race vest, it was a great product at the best price around. I did have a small problem with the product but the customer service I received from the Ultramarathon Running Store was brilliant, I couldn't have asked for more. It was probably the best customer service I've ever received.

I highly recommend the Ultramarathon Running Store.

Excellent service and great prices. Thank you

Bought some trail socks for my husband and he was thrilled, best price too. Thanks.

Excellent service!

Goto service for my Solomon and Hoka products.

Delivered my last purchase (Stinson ATR5 Hokas) to the door (Pre-Covid) within 24hrs.

Please support this business during these Covid affected times.

I have used the store a couple of times now and received excellent service.
This time I messaged in advance and received invaluable advice.

Once again great service from UMRS - great price and fast delivery. Highly recommended.

Absolutely delighted.. No problems at all

I recently purchased an Ultimate Direction mountain belt 4 and was extremely pleased with the seamless transaction with UMRS, from the initial order through to delivery.

I have now used the belt on two training runs and like the design of the belt and the fact it doesn't bounce around with a full water bottle and other bits packed into the storage pocket. However after only 35km's of usage there are two holes developing in the mesh back panel behind the water bottle. I am obviously a little disappointed this is occurring, especially as Ultimate Direction make a big deal of the quality of their materials. My only hope is it doesn't get worse.

So, UMRS you get 5-stars for great service and Ultimate Direction 2-stars for dodgy quality!

Great price and fast shipping!
Awesome Product! Very comfortable! I will ordering another pair soon!
