Ultion Lock Arvostelua

Wow! The lock is so easy to use, and so free and easy. Love our choice. Would recommend this lock to anyone

Straight forward and easy to register

I contacted Ultion to tell them my lock on my front door lock failed after nearly 5 years. I wasn't sure if i would receive help. I found them very helpful. It was covered with 1 month to go. I filled in a form and took a small video showing the problem. I got a decision within a couple of hours. A new lock was sent to me with next-day delivery. Also the new lock comes with a 5-year guarantee. That’s what i call excellent service. 5 Star

I'm very impressed with my new door and the unexpected super lock that came with it! I was a bit confused with setting up the guarantee so l phoned the company and they helped me through the process. It feels a very secure lock.

I bought extra keys, so far an efficient process. The new keys with a nice coloured tag say they’re compatible with Apple Find My. Instructions to pair with my phone, or indeed do anything other look like a posh key prove useless. Online videos show the cover sliding off easily- it doesn’t move at all, either by pulling or rotating anti-clockwise. The helpline is of course a misnomer, no help at all, and finally referred me to a locksmith after a fruitless conversation even by bot standards.

Good product but useless support. Despite “We’re live and ready to talk to you”, either I was chatting with an idiot or a completely useless AI bot. All I wanted know was how to make the (expensive) keys show up in Apple Find My, and received a series of copy-and-paste irrelevancies. Complete dead-end and I still can’t use the keys as described.
Hopeless.

The Ultion lock & keys came supplied & ready fitted with the new door. Feels strong & sturdy, good quality heavy keys. The old door that was removed was fitted with a Ultion lock. I feel secure when l go away on holiday & at night

Really fast service for additional matched keys with integrated digital airtag for locating by Iphone " Find my" app when mislaid. Ordered Thursday afternoon and securely delivered the next day. Simple to use website and smooth customer experience. Journey included security approval check with lock owner.

The lad who fitted the lock was very professional,,I would recommend

Excellent service and good quality product

The fact that the key can’t be copied without the owners permission is a great additional security.

I received straight answers for what i wanted to know

Good Customer Service: had lost details and information re. my locks. Rang Ultion up and was quickly sorted out with my questions ...

Quick and easy to Register my Lock Keys. Knowing that the Keys cannot be duplicated without my permission should someone try to make copies.

There was a slight issue with registering our key number but this was resolved quickly, and the team went above and beyond by providing extra keys for us. An excellent product and outstanding customer service from a great Yorkshire company.

Ordered 2 keyed alike locks but when fitted one of the lock barrels failed and when trying to lock it the half barrel came out with the key. Concerning of how it happened and was difficult to get the rest of the lock out.

Ordered key tag on Sun morning and arrived by DPD Monday. Great service
