Ultion Lock Arvostelua

Quality is fantastic and the service and after care we absolutely spot on

Pleased with the lock & keys, looks impressive, backup service welcomed.

The adding of key details was easy but the emails that followed were confusing as to whether I had more to do!

So quick and easy to register my new door and lock.

It is a comforting thought knowing that if anyone tried to copy your keys you would be informed

good quality products with unrivalled warranty. quick response in supplying extra keys. kept informed by email when ordering keys, registering locks etc. recommended company.

The door was installed very quickly and efficiently. Delighted with how good the door is.

Spent £160 on keys with the covers which you have to specifically select what colour to what key and they’ve just put them wherever they wanted. So not only did I worry I had wasted money as I believed I had made a mistake with the key code. Nope they just added the covers wherever they wanted with no explanation how to get them off!

Suited locks mean only carrying one key and super secure Ultion locks

very straightforward to navigate site, although spare keys were bit more expensive then i thought would be

The quickest service I have ever experienced. So easy from start to finish. Outstanding, thank you. Sean, in Dublin.

Wow! The lock is so easy to use, and so free and easy. Love our choice. Would recommend this lock to anyone

Straight forward and easy to register

I contacted Ultion to tell them my lock on my front door lock failed after nearly 5 years. I wasn't sure if i would receive help. I found them very helpful. It was covered with 1 month to go. I filled in a form and took a small video showing the problem. I got a decision within a couple of hours. A new lock was sent to me with next-day delivery. Also the new lock comes with a 5-year guarantee. That’s what i call excellent service. 5 Star

I'm very impressed with my new door and the unexpected super lock that came with it! I was a bit confused with setting up the guarantee so l phoned the company and they helped me through the process. It feels a very secure lock.

I bought extra keys, so far an efficient process. The new keys with a nice coloured tag say they’re compatible with Apple Find My. Instructions to pair with my phone, or indeed do anything other look like a posh key prove useless. Online videos show the cover sliding off easily- it doesn’t move at all, either by pulling or rotating anti-clockwise. The helpline is of course a misnomer, no help at all, and finally referred me to a locksmith after a fruitless conversation even by bot standards.

Good product but useless support. Despite “We’re live and ready to talk to you”, either I was chatting with an idiot or a completely useless AI bot. All I wanted know was how to make the (expensive) keys show up in Apple Find My, and received a series of copy-and-paste irrelevancies. Complete dead-end and I still can’t use the keys as described.
Hopeless.
