Ultimate Ear Protection Arvostelua 

WAY better than AirPods or cheap IEMs... Stay in my ears and dont get pulled out when I take my helmet on and off. Wind noise is almost non-existent and the softness of the gel allows me to ride hours on end without my ears hurting. Great company! Clear and timely communication on status of my order and the quality of the product is exactly what I expected. Kudos Ultimate Ear!

Fantastic product. Great protection and crystal clear audio in all conditions. Can now control the volume so it is at a minimum level according to how I want my music. Wonderful product

Very simple to arrange the impressions, and a very quick turnround meant I had my new earplugs in just 2 weeks. They are very high quality, with a lovely, squishy, feel making them very comfortable to wear. Highly recommended!

EXCELLENT FAST SERVICE AND A GREAT PRODUCT

My earplugs (with speakers) lasted 4yrs and approx. 32k mikes. Not sure whether to have expected more🤷🏼‍♂️. However the replacement service was exceptional using the moulds digitally stored Ultimate were able to accelerate delivery time to get them to me before my tour. So happy to have the new ones !

Very thorough and efficient ordering process.
I ordered sleep plugs which are really great, and a set of motorcycle ear plugs fitted with a filter and cord.
Whatever you do, don’t order the plugs with a cord as they are not securely fitted having an obvious design flaw (insufficient flange on the cord end which allows the cord to detach)
They lasted one ride before they fell apart.
During the ride, the cord also transmits sound through the ear plug if it rubs on your clothing.
Surprisingly poor quality from Ultimate Ears and I wish I’d read previous reviews before wasting my money.
The motorcycle plugs themselves are okay though, just needing some practice to fit correctly.

Ride motorcycles regularly and needed something to cut wind noise down so after having ear impressions done and being sent new ear protection they are superb easy to fit and cut wind noise considerably extremely happy with purchase and highly recommended, Tony W.

Really easy to contact initially. Help with arranging moulds was great, and the products arrived on time and are great quality.

Ultimate, were very easy to deal with, especially over the phone. They were very helpful and kept me informed at every stage of the manufacturing process.
Other companies could learn about customer service from Ultimate Ear Protection, and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Their customer service appears excellent, communication is prompt and effective. I would question the effectiveness of the product. I bought a pair of custom ear plugs to wear under my motorcycle helmet and the ear plugs help but I would have expected more for the money. That said they appear a very good company to to deal with from a customer point of view

earphones take a few goes before getting used to, but once you are they are comfortable and work as expected, cuts out all outside noise whilst getting to listening to music. Only negative is you wont be able to hear your bike anymore XD

Albeit the products are a little expensive they are always of great quality...
