Great earplugs for swimming

Ordered a pair of Bluetooth SoundEar Pro ear buds. Arrived pretty quick, unfortunately faulty. Volume in one ear bud completely out of sync with other ear bud. So unusable as they are. Have returned and hopefully will get resolved soon and I can amend this review. Not great for a £339 product.

Fits well...

These were my second protectors I had a little discomfort with the new ear plugs. Went back with them and they were fixed while I waited.

After a very helpful conversation with one of the customer support team, I made the decision to get a set moulded for use with my Cardo system. Wow what a difference this is a total game changer a must have when using coms. Service as usual was brilliant updates at every stage of the process and complete on time for me to use on my trip to Scotland.

Very easy to book, after the impression was taken it was back within 5 days. Good quality ear plugs and do stop a lot of the wind noise.

Really great products. The process of purchasing, having an appointment booked for ear impressions, and getting the ear plugs delivered was great! They are very communicative. Only thing not included in the price is the cost of posting your impressions back to them.
Very happy and will definitely be using again for any future plugs!

My original Squidgy earplugs worked brilliantly and I am sure they protected my ears from increased tinnitus. They were still in perfect condition after 5 years but I lost one! Disaster.
Got some moulds done locally, sent them and recieved my new pair about 10 days later.
Superb product and service. Highly recommended

The service starts with a custom fitting session where they put a special putty in your ear (Yeah sounds gross but trust me it’s ok) and then they make the custom earplugs. I have two sets one for “Job” which connect to a radio and another personal set which filter out noise but still allow you to hear the navigation and talk via my helmet speakers. The second set were simple to order as they keep the ear impressions on file.

The service from the staff there is top class and I even got a call to enquire as to which impression I wanted (I have two because of the “Job”)

Can’t fault the plugs, comfortable, fit perfectly and don’t move. Top class kit, top class company.

Pay a little more but get something that works perfectly or risk as I did, several other types, none of which stayed put or stayed comfortable.

These are a game changer. I have spent so many years trying so many different types of ear plug and all of them were frustratingly poor in terms of keeping my bike rides quiet. This isn't a dig at other products. When I went for ultimate ear protection and had the molds made I was told I had really odd shaped ear canals which would explain why the other plugs failed to work for me.

Anyway, I went for the filtered plugs, adding in the molds that's £130. All I can say is money well spent!! Very comfy to wear and the difference in noise cancelling is incredible.

Excellent products from a company that offers excellent customer service. I bought a pair of Sound Ear Pros for motorcycling a couple of years ago. The left speaker failed during a recent trip around Spain so I sent them in for repair expecting the worse (a new pair?). All fixed for £15 (inc return postage!) and a phone call from their staff to explain what had gone wrong, and some spare parts in case it happens again. Brilliant service. Recommended to all my friends.

Service and delivery was really quick however, only giving it 4 stars because the fit isn’t great and when i put my helmet on or take it off, it hurts so will need to get helmet pads adjusted. Otherwise great

Altough I was late for my appointment in their office due to accidents on M25, they waited for me and they were so understanding.
Impression process was quick and easy.
I received my ear plugs qute early than I was expecting and I am happy to ride with them.

I ‘heard’ of this company and product from YouTube and motorcycle news and thought I would give them a try. With regard to the company, they are faultless and go over and above to assist and advise on the product that will best suit your needs (even accommodate a change of mind after ordering with no issues whatsoever) and sorted out a ear impression for me in the remote part of Wales I live. The product also arrived well within the advised time with regular updates at all stages of production.
With regard to the product, I bought the Sound Ear Pro and can confirm they are fantastic. I am unsure if the fit, sound and quality can be beaten. They are better than expected and I was expecting something special.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Ultimate Ear as a company or recommending their Sound Ear Pro as a product.
