Had such a fab experience from the beginning all the way through my offer to GBS in Leeds. Jack has guide me through the entire process and made me feel confident while ensuring I was well informed every step of the way. Then Sarah and Nouran came along and guided me and also kept me informed towards the end and knew exactly what they were doing. Very good communication throughout and very thanks to these 3 individuals which made my application process soo much easy and I’m very thankful I’m on a higher education course and can’t wait to achieve my course.

I honestly cannot recommend Platinum enough! They are an incredible company, and the support I received throughout the process was absolutely outstanding.

I especially want to thank Raneen, who was simply amazing from start to finish. Her professionalism, patience, kindness and dedication made such a huge difference. Honestly, if it wasn’t for Raneen and all the support she gave me, I don’t think I would have been able to get into university.

She went above and beyond to help me, always making sure I understood everything and felt supported throughout the process. Raneen is truly exceptional at what she does, and Platinum is very lucky to have someone like her on their team.

Thank you so much, Raneen, and thank you Platinum! I’m incredibly grateful for everything you have done for me and for helping me take this important step towards my future. ❤️

It has been lovely dealing with these wonderful people, Omar and Hannah. They were both very polite and kind and helpful, and their supportive and caring attitude gave me the confidence to apply for this course and took the time to patiently answer all my questions. And I had a lot! 😊 Thank you Omar and Hannah!

I really didn't want to write this, but here I am with a genuine review. They reached out to me on LinkedIn offering a position. Had a lovely conversation with HR. However, never received a response to the conversation. I followed up twice with the person who had reached out to me initially; however, there was NO response at all. Just a quick piece of advice: Could you please respond to the messages even if it's NO from your side, as it will show your professionalism and represent your company at the same time? Thankyou.

I am deeply grateful for all the help I got in my new education journey. The support was exceptional: literally step by step guidance and detailed follow up on each stage of the process. Highly recommended! I would also like to personally thank Anum, for all the time and attention she spent getting me to acceptance.
