There were technically issues with my device, anyone would have given up on me.
But Mo and Sarah worked surgically and clinically to address it, ensuring I get another chance to join. Mo and Sarah were patient by practicing patience itself. I am indeed grateful for what they did for me. Thanks isn't enough.

My experience with Platinum Services is that they helped with me into getting University and they are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Raymond was very helpful and professional with everything also very supportive.

Mustapha incentived me to apply for the course I m going to do. If wasn't him I think I wouldn't go to the University. He helped to find the correct course advising and helped me in every step of the process. All the staffs are amazing but a want to say a especial thanks to Mustapha for believing in me. Made me feel confident. I can't wait to achieve my course.

With the help from Nouran & Sarah it really helped me with everything I didn’t understand so with out her I would have been screwed but very understanding and patient with me.

I had an excellent experience with Platinum Services, and I cannot recommend Raneen highly enough. From the very beginning, she provided exceptional customer service, paid incredible attention to detail, and guided me through the entire university application process.

Raneen was always professional, patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful. She made what could have been a very stressful process feel much easier and gave me confidence every step of the way.

If you are considering using Platinum Services, I would definitely recommend speaking to Raneen. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients, and I’m extremely grateful for all her help and support. Thank you, Raneen! ⭐️
