I was kept up today on the status of the shipment and its general locality. I was notified when it was delivered to my US mailbox. It was in good orderly packaging.

Good quality lightweight material. Fit true to size.

First I expected a larger foot to the mop. I like the dust cloths. Just wish they were larger so can cover a larger area. It's alot of strokes to use with this small foot mop. Love that the handle end has a loop on it for hanging. Kinda short too as walls are high and I'm short. Also those of us in wheelchairs, but have to clean our houses like others it's short. Good and easy to mop my sm bathrooms. Thank you for the products tho. Creat on!!

If this survey is for the shipping it was a 5 star. If it is for the product I am disappointed. I was not expecting other ingredients in the castor oil and am not sure it is pure. Also It seems that the cap/roller ball is not able to be removed or it looks very difficult to remove.

Small. I ordered 2XX and I was unable to pull them past my knees. Will need to return.

The pants got here in reasonable time since it’s coming from the other continent. The sizing is definitely not US sizing though. Reliable shipping. The pants seemed to be pretty well made.

I ordered 2 jelly bras. When I received them, they were too small and not of the quality that I was expecting. I contacted the company and asked how I could return them and get my money back.
They offered me 3 dollars for two $29.00 bras. They also said, if I was not happy with this solution I should propose another one. I told them that to not offer me a larger size or my money back was unacceptable.......Crickets. There should be a return policy and a money back guarentee.

Other than the very long wait for the item to arrive, after ordering, everything was good and I am happy with the product in the end!

I expected only Caster oil, not all the additives. I wanted to roll it on my eyes at night but your directions do not specifiy I can put it on my eyelids. Please advise.

It took two emails for customer service to finally respond. The order received was fine. I just needed to return for a different size. Their responses had nothing to do with my questions. After the 4th email, I finally requested a refund, less the shipping cost since I felt that it was fair that I absorb that since I ordered the incorrect size. The response was offering me 1st a $3.00USD refund and then a $6.00USD refund on a $30.00USD purchase. Do not purchase anything from this "company". I should have read the horrible reviews on Reddit and Trustpilot.

on the reel it shows it foaming and all that but it didn't. But it did clean the floor and smell good

It took for ever to get here and not what I expected in a organic caster oil seem light to me but I will use it up and see

Unfortunately the sizing was way off. I’ll gift the two I bought because I really like them and returning things is so difficult. So check the sizing, do an actual waist/hips measurement. I wear an American 20 and ordered 2XL. If I reordered it would be a 4XL.

First of all, everything turned out fine at the end, but, the whole experience was a little confusing. They over charged me, but they did refund me the overcharge after I brought it to their attention. The billing company was different than the purchase company and the package was from an individual. N othing matched so I wasn't sure about anything but as I said in the end , everything worked out fine. The product was delivered in a timely fashion and packaged well.

I love the fit and feel of these pants. So soft and comfortable. It took a little longer for me to get them but it was worth it. I’m going to buy a couple more in different colors.
